補正 昭62.7.22 実用新案登録請求の範囲を次のように補正する
【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 一端が吸気通路の可変ベンチユリに開口し
且つ他端がジエツトを介して燃料供給源に連通す
る燃料通路の途中に燃料流量制御手段を配置し、
一端が上記可変ベンチユリの上流で上記可変ベン
チユリよりも弱い負圧を発生する固定ベンチユリ
に開口し且つ他端が上記燃料通路の上記ジエツト
と上記燃料流量制御手段との間に連通する負圧通
路の途中に液面レベルセンサを配置し、該液面レ
ベルセンサからの信号を受けて液面レベルが一定
となるように上記燃料流量制御手段を制御する制
御回路を備えて成る燃料供給装置において、 上記燃料流量制御手段として燃料ポンプを配置
したことを特徴とする燃料供給装置。 (2) 上記燃料流量制御手段としてソレノイドバ
ルブを含んでいて、該ソレノイドバルブを上記燃
料通路の上記燃料ポンプの下流に配置したことを
特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲(1)に記載の
燃料供給装置。 (3) 上記燃料流量制御手段として、ブリードエ
ア通路及び該ブリードエア通路に配置したソレノ
イドバルブを含んでいて、上記ブリードエア通路
は上記燃料ポンプの下流で上記燃料通路と連通せ
しめられていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請
求の範囲(1)に記載の燃料供給装置。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 一端が吸気通路の可変ベンチユリに開口し且つ
    他端がジエツトを介して燃料供給源に連通する燃
    料通路の途中にソレノイドバルブを配置し、一端
    が上記可変ベンチユリの上流で上記可変ベンチユ
    リよりも弱い負圧を発生する固定ベンチユリに開
    口し且つ他端が上記燃料通路の上記ジエツトと上
    記ソレノイドバルブとの間に連通する負圧通路の
    途中に液面レベルセンサを配置し、該液面レベル
    センサからの信号を受けて液面レベルが一定とな
    るように上記ソレノイドバルブを制御する制御回
    路を備えて成る燃料供給装置において、上記燃料
    通路の上記負圧通路との接続部と上記ソレノイド
    バルブとの間に燃料ポンプを配置し、上記ソレノ
    イドバルブの開弁率に応じて上記燃料ポンプの出
    力を変化させる他の制御回路を付加したことを特
    徴とする燃料供給装置。
