DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method for backing up measurement data of a slave station in a digital telemeter system in which measurement data is sent from the slave station by polling the slave station (observation station) from the master station. .

Conventionally, when polling becomes impossible due to a failure of the line connecting the master station and slave station or the master station, etc.,
It was customary to either treat the measured data for the time period in which the failure occurred as missing, or to collect the data at a later date based on the chart left in the slave station sensor. Particularly when the amount of data to be sampled is large, for example when the sampling period is short or the number of slave stations is large, there is a problem in that the amount of collection work becomes enormous.

According to the present invention, the slave station constantly monitors the calling signal from the master station, and when the calling signal does not arrive due to some kind of failure as described above, the internal time limit circuit of the slave station is activated. A backup method can be obtained in which the slave station is activated at regular intervals, and the sampling data is punched and output on a paper tape. This paper tape is later manually collected and quickly and easily collected by the processing system of the master station. Ideally, the sampling period using the paper tape should be the same as the normal polling period, but since the present invention is a fallback system, it may be irregular as long as there is no problem with data accuracy. In addition, it is important to keep the master station informed of the remaining amount of paper tape warning signal and the status information of the paper tape punching device itself, which means that the punching output operation has been performed, to the master station during normal polling. This is essential if you want to

Next, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings showing one embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 1 shows the configuration of the embodiment, and FIG. 2 is a diagram showing the timing of the main parts of FIG. To explain with reference to Figures 1 and 2,
The master station 4 is connected to the slave station 2 through a wired or wireless line 3, and the polling timing of the master station to the slave stations is set at an interval T1 as shown in FIG. 2A. The slave station is activated as shown in B by polling. In the slave station, the output signal from the sensor 1 is time-divisionally inputted into the multiplexer 6, converted into a digital code by the analog-to-digital converter 7, and transferred to the main logic control section 8. The timing relationship between the switching signal for the multiplexer and the conversion start command signal for the analog-to-digital converter is controlled by the main logic control section 8. The main logic control section 8 has other functions necessary for a telemeter slave station, such as recognition of a called signal and generation of an outgoing signal, but these are not directly related to the gist of the present invention and will therefore be omitted here. The called tone signal A is converted into a DC pulse code by the modem 9, and at this time the tone signal detection output signal is passed to the timer circuit 10. Time limit circuit 10
As shown in C, as long as this detection signal comes within T 1 + T 2 hours, no output signal will be output T 1 + T 2
An output is output only when the time has elapsed, and is given to the paper tape punching device control unit (hereinafter abbreviated as PTPC) 11. Further, this output is reset by the detection signal A, and the operation of the PTPC 11 is stopped. On the other hand, the detection signal A is transmitted to the uninterrupted clock circuit 12.
It synchronizes this circuit and always maintains the correct time using the polling time of the master station. Even if the detection signal does not come, it can continue to keep time with its own accuracy.

Now, the PTPC 11 receives the signal from the timer circuit 10.
The timing signal from the clock circuit 12 triggers the main logic control unit 8 at regular intervals, for example, at intervals close to T1 , and the main logic control unit 8 moves as if it had received polling from the master station. However, in this case, the data is not sent to the master station 4. The reason for this is that, especially when the line is wireless, there is a risk of harm to polling of other stations. Then, the data coded through the multiplexer 6 and the analog-to-digital converter 7 is branched to the PTPC 11 just before being taken into the main logic control section 8, and is sent to the clock circuit 1.
The paper tape is formatted together with the time information from 2 and punched in the paper tape punching device 5. This situation is as shown in FIG. 2D.

The status of the paper tape punching device, which operates unattended in this way, must always be kept in check at the master station.
For this reason, it is desirable to connect a signal so that the minimum amount of paper tape remaining warning information and the fact that such a backup operation has been performed can be transmitted to the master station at all times as telemeter status information.
