りたたみ自在としかつその全体は上記主シートの
側部と車体側壁とのいずれか一方に対し起立自在
とされており、上記主シートは上記副シートとと
もに車幅方向に一列に並んだ通常位置と、副シー
トを折りたたんだ状態で後列シートの前側でかつ
車幅の中央に位置するリクライニング可能位置と
の間で移動手段によつて移動自在とするととも
に、上記主シートのシートバツク部を水平位置ま
で後方に倒状自在としたことを特徴とするバン型
車のリヤシート装置。 2 上記移動手段はフロア面におのおの四節リン
ク機構からなる少くとも一対のシート脚で構成さ
れ、該シート脚は車体の前後方向に対し斜めに取
付けられ、上記主シートは上記複数のシート脚の
上面に載置固定して上記通常位置と上記リクライ
ニング可能位置との間で車体に対し斜め方向に移
動可能とされていることを特徴とする特許請求の
範囲第1項記載のバン型車のリヤシート装置。 3 上記移動手段はフロア面におのおの四節リン
ク機構からなる少くとも一対のシート脚で構成さ
れ、該シート脚は車体の前後方向に取付けられ、
