に示される実施例の分解図であり、陰極および陽
極素子を示す透視図、第7図は、第4図の実施例
における陽極の構造を示す分解斜視図、第8図は
、本考案の他の実施例を示す分解透視図であり、
溝状の陰極構造および内部に配置された陽極を示
す図、第9図は第8図の9―9断面における陽極

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 所定の口径を有する実質的に円筒形状を成し、
    所定の圧力を有する陰極ガス組成を含む陰極内部
    室を規定する陰極スリーブ部材22と、 前記陰極スリーブ部材に取付けられ、前記陰極
    内部室を規定し、誘電体合成材料から成る陰極基
    底部材24と、 前記陰極内部室に設けられ、前記陰極基底部材
    を貫通しかつ前記陰極基底部材に絶縁されつつ強
    固に確保され、前記陰極スリーブ部材の外表面か
    ら電子を放出するために前記陰極スリーブ部材を
    加熱する第1陽極14と、 前記外表面から放出された電子を加速するため
    に前記陰極スリーブ部材の外側に取付けられる第
    2陽極16と、 前記陰極スリーブ部材、陰極基底部材、第1陽
    極および第2陽極を密封して取囲み、所定のガス
    組成を内蔵し、内壁を前記ガス組成原子のイオン
    化による紫外線エネルギにより発光する螢光材料
    58により被覆される管球部材18とを備え、 前記陰極ガス組成はアルゴン、ネオン、クリプ
    トン、キセノン、ヘリウムのいずれかからなる不
    活性ガスから成り、前記陰極スリーブ部材の口径
    d(cm)と前記陰極ガス組成の圧力p(mmHg)
    との関係が2.0〈p・d〈3.0を満足するよ
    うに設定さイる照明装置。
