通常この2本ロール1,2の凸条7,7′は互に
対向ロールのそれぞれの溝条8′,8と平面で対
向し、凸条7,7′は互にその先端両縁部に接す
る。すなわち第1図のa部の拡大図を第2図イに
示すが、凸条7と対向するロールの溝条8′との
間隙で麺線Aの整形切出しが行われる。
