れ、一対の圧延用クラウンロール1間に鋼板のよ
うな金属板を通すことにより圧延して圧延板2が
形成される。この圧延板2は第3図に示すように
幅方向の両側に長手方向に亘つて細幅厚肉部5を
有すると共に幅方向の中央に長手方向に亘つて細
幅厚肉部5の幅の2倍の幅の広幅厚肉部6を有
し、細幅厚肉部5と広幅厚肉部6との間に薄肉部
7を有する。かかる細幅厚肉部5及び広幅厚肉部
6の厚さは例えば1mmで、細幅厚肉部5及び広幅
厚肉部6の厚さと薄肉部7の厚さの差は、例えば
2〜5μ程度である。また、細幅厚肉部5の幅寸
法としては例えば5〜30mm程度が考えられる。こ
のように形成された圧延板2は切断機9に送ら
れ、第4図に示すように広幅厚肉部5の幅方向の
中央で圧延方向にスリツトされ、所定幅の圧延薄
金属板3が2条同時に製造される。このように製
造された圧延薄金属板3は例えば全面に亘つて多
数個の透孔を穿孔し、両面に合成樹脂を被覆し、
樹脂被覆金属板を製造するのに用いられる。樹脂
被覆金属板はフオーミング装置等で成形して雨樋
等を製造するものである。

板は両側に長手方向に亘つて厚肉部を有し、厚肉
部によりリブ効果があつて、反りを生じず品質の
よい圧延薄金属板が製造されるものであり、圧延
薄金属板より製造する二次製品も製造しやすいも
のであり、さらに広幅厚肉部の幅方向の中央を圧
延方向にスリツトするようにしてあると圧延した
後に続いて圧延板の圧延方向にスリツトすること
で圧延した1枚の圧延板から連続する長尺となつ
た複数枚の圧延薄金属板を連続的に製造すること
ができるものである。
