PURPOSE:To form simultaneously plural thin rolled metallic sheets without straining the sheets by providing preliminarily slits to a plate to be rolled then rolling the plate and cutting the rolled sheet at the slit parts. CONSTITUTION:The slits 5 are first formed preliminarily and intermittently to a plate 4 to be rolled in the rolling direction with a slit applying device 7 and thereafter the plate is rolled by a pair of rolling rolls 1 to a prescribed thickness. The slits 5 act as the parts for relieving the strain so that the strain remains hardly in the sheet after rolling. The rolled sheet 2 is then cut in the rolling direction at the slits 5 by a cutter 8, by which two thin rolled metallic sheets 3 are manufactured. The sheets 3 are thus prevented from bending, wrinkling, etc.

が形成される。つまり圧延方向に破線状にスリット5が
形成される。スリット5が形成された被圧延板4が一対
の圧延ロール1間に送られ、一対の圧延ロール1にて所
定の厚さに圧延される。この時スリット5が歪みの逃げ
部となって圧延後に歪みが残りにくい。圧延ロール1に
て圧延された圧延@2は切断機8に送られてスリット5
部で圧延方向に切断され、2条の圧延薄金属板3が形成
される。このように製造された圧延薄金属板3は例えば
全面に亘って多数個の透孔を穿孔し、両面に合成樹脂を
被覆し、樹脂被覆金属板を製造するのに用いられる。樹
脂被覆金属板は7t−ミング装置等で成形して雨樋等を
製造するものである。
