Certain working tools and a large number of gardening tools consisting of one handle are usually fixed to this handle,
Moreover, a conical sleeve on the tool allows the end of the handle to fit into the sleeve. Fastening is accomplished by screws or rivets extending through holes in this sleeve. Furthermore, it is known in the case of household tools to provide the handle with a tapered male thread, which is screwed into a corresponding female thread in the work tool. Furthermore, various quick couplings are known per se.

To perform gardening tasks efficiently and in a short time, a large number of tools are required, such as hoes, rakes, cultivators, furrowers, and garden tools. However, transporting and storing such tools is problematic, especially in gardens that are small and do not have a designated tool room.
As a result, most garden owners are left with minimal tools that do not allow them to work optimally with their gardens.

According to the present invention, devices for various gardening tools are made,
This device consists of a working tool and a handle, and the handle is removably attached to the working tool. According to this invention, in order to solve the above problems,
The following is proposed. That is, the relative lengths of the radial guide surfaces 23, 45 of the female coupling sleeve 19 and the male coupling nipples 16, 16' are adjusted by the play created by the tilting of the male coupling nipple 16 inside the female coupling sleeve 19. is determined to be such that it disappears when the holding member 31 is operated.

The garden owner may also have a number of working tools associated with this device, all of which may be connected to the same handle. This usually assumes that only one person will be working in the garden. Moreover, if there are a large number of handles belonging to this device, further simplification and low cost result. Furthermore, even if a fixed handle or multiple handles are used, each necessary garden tool can be quickly connected manually. The single required handle (or a few handles) is stored separately from the working tools, which are hung flat on a wall, for example, and placed on a shelf or in a specific holder. It can be installed without taking up much space. Transport from the storage location to the use location is also significantly facilitated, since there is no need to transport a large number of tools that are obstructed by their handles.

A preferred embodiment includes a quick coupling having a male coupling nipple on the work tool and a coupling sleeve on the handle containing the coupling mechanism. The coupling mechanism consists of a tightening screw which acts on the coupling nipple and which twists and secures the coupling nipple against tilting and traction at the same time, which forms it without rotational symmetry.

In this case, the coupling sleeve is configured with a slight inclination when the coupling nipple is fixedly clamped inside the coupling sleeve, so that on the one hand it becomes a play-free guide and on the other hand it can be tightened despite the small diameter of the coupling sleeve. The female thread length for the screw can be made sufficiently long.

In FIG. 1, a gardening tool device is shown, to which a handle 11 having a quick fitting 12 at its terminal portion is combined with a number of various working tools 13, 14, 15, which are connected to a fitting nipple 16 or 16'. These coupling nipples 16 are
Fixed and connected to those working tools so that they do not come off. In the case of the work tool shown in the figure, a ridge pulling tool 3,
Hoes 14 and fan brooms 15 are taken up. All types of garden tools requiring handles can be pulled into this device since they are equipped with suitable coupling nipples. In the case of a device consisting of a number of garden tools, handles of various configurations and/or designs can also be included in the device.
Therefore, costs for procuring, storing and transporting these gardening tools can be substantially reduced. Traditionally, each gardening tool has a unique pattern.
For this reason, it was extremely difficult to store it in a small space. Particularly for small gardens and gardens without a specific tool room, the above-mentioned garden equipment makes it possible to have access to suitable working tools in each case and for which nevertheless a fixed shed is sufficient. This is because only a book handle is needed to use a large number of working tools that should be easily stored. It is a quick joint 12 that can be connected quickly without any difficulty, yet withstands pressure, traction and torsion sufficiently reliably and without the risk of contamination.
This can be done by In particular, the connecting parts of the working implement must be constructed in a particularly simple and uncomplicated manner, since the working implement has a greater number of parts than the quick connection part of the handle. The reason for this is that they are exposed to an even greater degree. It is therefore advantageous if the working tool has a male coupling nipple and therefore a female coupling part, ie, a separate quick coupling with a movable tensioning element, on the handle.

The synthetic sleeve is enlarged in two stages at the portion that projects into the opening 23 to facilitate the introduction of the coupling nipple into the opening 23. Its relatively thick step constitutes a radial guide surface 45 co-operating with the wall of this opening 23, and towards said radial guide surface facing towards the opening 22, a radial shoulder directed outwards as well as this synthetic material. An annular portion 47 of the sleeve 41 follows. Furthermore, a conical transition part 49 continues into the annular part via a synthetic ring 48,
This transition is guided onto the hexagonal bar 40 by means of a plurality of internal lips 50 and is connected to the part of the garden implement, so that in particular the weld seam 39 is covered and the hexagonal bar 40 is Make it completely invisible from the outside.

A synthetic ring 48 is assembled into a hanger which, via two pin portions 51 of significantly reduced diameter, is attached to the ear shaft 5 which can be seen in FIG.
2 is connected. This ear shaft is simply made as a synthetic injection molded part, since the ear shaft is injection molded flush with the synthetic ring 48. The thin pin portions 51 can be rotated through 90° so that the implement can be hung thereon. If this ear shaft becomes a hindrance when used on another day, it can be easily removed by tearing it off from the pin portion. Moreover, it is extremely advantageous for displaying and selling, as labels and price tags can be attached.

The embodiment shown in FIG. 3 is different from that shown in FIG.
The difference is that the coupling nipple 16' is made entirely of synthetic material. However, this formation can be described as similar to FIG. 1 with one exception. That is, the above-mentioned exception means that the contact surface 43 does not come from a cylindrical groove made by lathe work, as in the case of metal, but is slightly pushed in, and moreover, from the remaining front part of this joint nipple. Similarly, the recess 43' has a hexagonal shape. The cylindrical step 53, 45, which is integral with the front part of the coupling nipple, as well as the following transition part 54, can be constructed hollow so as not to be solid. This transition portion 54 replaces the annular portion, synthetic ring and transition member. Synthetic material joint nipple 1
Advantageously, 6 is made of synthetic material and is used as a working tool which is subjected to less severe loads and is connected to the garden tool 15 by a rotary friction weld 55.

It is shown that the central longitudinal axis 29 of the handle can be made to substantially coincide with the central longitudinal axis 56 of this joint nipple. The installation of this fitting nipple is extremely simple. This is because the value is determined in stages. Thus, for example, the diameter of the head 44 is considerably smaller than that of the opening 23. The head 44 abuts the introduction ramp 38 at about the same time as the relatively small step 53 approaches the area of the opening 22. An axial pre-alignment therefore takes place. The fixing part 24 has already been pre-aligned in its rotational position, although the hexagonal part of the joint part still has a relatively large play in the direction of rotation, so that this joint nipple likewise no longer It is designed so that it cannot be rotated freely. The head 44 also has a considerable play in its fixing part 24 and there is still some play between the radial guide surface 45 of the synthetic sleeve 41 which is subsequently inserted into the opening 23 and the wall of the opening 23. Moreover, there is a precisely predetermined play.

As you can see from Figures 3 and 4, the threaded part 3
If the clamping member 31 is actuated by rotating and screwing in the actuating handle 34, the threaded part 33 will then press against the contact surface 43' and thus force this fitting nipple into its two hexagonal positions. Press against the pressing surface 25 with the surface. In this case, this joint nipple is now finally secured against twisting and is also fixed in the traction direction by means of a frictional connection, and is secured in the compression direction by the end face 4 of the joint nipple.

This coupling nipple is then slightly inclined inside the insert, ie its central axis 56 forms a small angle, for example 1.5 DEG, with the central axis 29 of the handle. As can be seen from FIG. 3, the radial guide surface 45 is tilted in the opening 23, so that the play that previously existed between the guide surface and the opening is eliminated, so that Guidance now takes place with significantly less play. This play understandably depends on the axial length and the angle of inclination of the radial guide surface. Furthermore, the eccentricity of the fixed part 24 has the following advantages. In other words, the thick wall 30 caused by the eccentricity allows the internal thread of the synthetic material to be relatively long, so that the external thread can withstand relatively high loads and frequent unscrewing.
By designing the contact surface 43' in a hexagonal shape, it is ensured that the screw makes surface contact in the case of synthetic nipples, which are somewhat sensitive. In the illustrated embodiment, the clamping element 31 simultaneously performs another function, namely holding the insert in the pipe 17 or 17'. It should be noted that the fitting nipple is fixed by a friction connection;
Moreover, the slightly lowered contact surface 43' secures the joint nipple so that it does not slip out even if the tightening member 31 is not completely tightened. Compression abutment and inner radial guide surface and contact surface 4 for the clamping element
The fact that 3' is located at the free end of the joint nipple has an advantageous effect on the above-mentioned function, since the bending force exerted on the joint hardly loads the clamping member. This is because the lever arm located between the radial guide surface 45 in the area of the opening 22 and the radial guide surface in the area of the head 44 is considerably larger.

The arrangement of the invention makes it possible to provide a very robust joint of a pipe with a constant diameter equal to the normal handle diameter of about 23 to 25 mm. In this case, for example, the diameter of the opening 23 is about 19 mm. The fact that the radial guide surface 45 has a diameter that is approximately 1 mm smaller reliably guarantees a play-free guiding action. This solid hexagonal bar can have a dimension (hexagonal radius) of 12 mm between mutually facing faces and, for a nipple length to be introduced of approximately 80 mm, a radial guide surface 45 The length is approximately 18mm. Depending on how the bottom surface 26 of the fixing part 24 is placed, said surface 25 is in each case clamped by the wedging action of the surface of the hexagonal bar. This provides an additional crimping action within the pipe 17 of the insert, which is desirable. Moreover, if the dimensions are appropriately selected, it can be pressed directly against the bottom surface 26.

The arrangement of elongated nipples on the implement also allows this nipple to be used as a temporary handle. Furthermore, many types of handles, such as long handles for regular work, can be used to make the same work tool suitable for special purposes. It is advantageous to be able to increase the applicability by providing a short handle, such as a rake as a base rake, for example. In addition to pure garden tools, other tools such as brooms, snow shovels, etc. can also be connected to this device.
