It is characterized by a feeling of pressure. In the latter case, the fibers on the pile surface are not aggregated as threads, but are dispersed and have a delicate appearance, and are usually manufactured by going through a process such as splitting the pile threads after planting, and the texture is different. While it has a delicate soft feel,
This is a product that does not give you a feeling of pressure on your back or pressure.

カツトパイルカーペツトの製造方法にある。 The present invention aims to provide a new type of cut pile carpet that combines the waist and pressure feeling of Saxony carpet with the delicate feel and appearance characteristic of velor carpet, using a simplified manufacturing method. The gist of this is:
A method for producing a cut pile carpet, which comprises planting a yarn formed by winding and restraining a non-twisted fiber bundle with a shrink yarn as a pile yarn, and then heat-treating the yarn in an atmosphere at a temperature higher than the contraction start temperature of the shrink yarn. It is in.

Since the non-twisted fiber bundle 2 is bound by the wound yarn 3, it has a structure that is excellent in waist and stepping feeling.

The covered yarn 6 is obtained by guiding a spinning machine-spun fleece to a rotating hollow spindle and winding the fleece with a thread wound around a bobbin attached to the hollow spindle.

After the covered yarn 6 is used as pile 1 to produce a cut pile cloth by a generally known method such as tufting, weaving, or knitting, it is heat-treated in an atmosphere at a temperature higher than the shrinkage start temperature of the shrinkable yarn. Then, the shrinkable yarn contracts along the pile 1 consisting of the non-twisted fiber bundle 2, and sinks from the tip A of the pile 1 toward the intermediate and root portions B, and at the same time, the fibers shrink in the intermediate and root portions B of the pile 1. The restraint of the pile 1 composed of twisted fiber bundles 2 is strengthened. At this time, the thread thickness of the non-twisted fiber bundle may of course be freely selected, but it is desirable that the thread thickness of the wound thread 3 is 1/4 or less of that of the non-twisted fiber bundle 2. This is because if it is too thick, the wound yarn 3 will be visible from the carpet surface, making it difficult to obtain a delicate appearance. Further, it is desirable that the shrinkage rate of the winding thread 3 is 20% or more in order to give the carpet stiffness.

る。 As described above, according to the present invention, the middle part and root part B of the pile 1 have a structure that exhibits the stiffness of a Saxony carpet, while the tip part A of the pile 1 has the delicate appearance of a velor carpet. An ideal carpet with a comfortable feel can be obtained.

おり、腰のあるカーペツトとなつた。Example: A 1/6 MC spun fleece spun at a blend ratio of acrylic fibers 8d/10d = 60/40 was guided into a rotating hollow spindle, and 1/20 MC was wound around a bobbin attached to the hollow spindle, with a shrinkage rate of 20. After winding 150T/M of acrylic yarn to make a covered yarn, the covered yarn was 5/64 inch G x 13 st x 8
Tufting was performed under mmPH tufting conditions to obtain cut pile fabric. When latex was applied to the back side of this cut pile cloth and dried in a tenter at 130℃, the wound yarn shrank and sank approximately 2 mm from the pile surface, leaving only untwisted fiber bundles perceptible on the pile surface, giving it a delicate texture and appearance. I got it. In addition, the untwisted fiber bundles were strongly restrained by the winding yarns in the intermediate and root portions of the pile, resulting in a stiff carpet.
