ルカーペットであって、風合的には腰、踏圧感があるこ
とが特徴である0後者はパイル表面繊維が糸として集合
しているのではなく、分散して繊細な外観を呈するもの
で馬通常パイル糸な植設後毛割りなどの工程を経て製造
されるものであり、風合的には纏細なソフト感を有する
反面、腰や踏圧感のない製品である・本発明はサキソニ
ーカーペットのもつ腰や踏圧感と、べpアカ−ペットの
特徴である繊細な触感及び外観とを併わせ有する新しい
形態のカットパイルカーペットを簡略化された製造方法
で提供せんとするものであり、その要旨とするところは
、無撚線維束を収縮糸で捲回拘束してなる糸条をパイル
糸として植成した後・前記収縮糸の収縮開始温度以上の
雰囲気で熱処理することを特徴とするカットパイルカー
