It is well known that so-called Angora style knitted fabrics are praised for their excellent appearance and texture. However, animal hair such as Angora is not only extremely expensive, but also has poor weather resistance and abrasion resistance, so it tends to discolor and pull out when used for a long period of time, resulting in poor appearance and quality. have

On the other hand, attempts have been made to obtain angora-like knitted fabrics by blending cut fibers of synthetic fibers such as nylon and acrylic fibers, but these do not have sufficient appearance or quality and are no more than imitations.

In other words, because synthetic fibers such as nylon and acrylic are sharpened using this solvent, unlike hydrolysis reactions, they tend to cause single-fiber warping, and acrylic fibers tend to weaken in hot water. It also has the disadvantage that it has poor piloerection properties, and also has poor heat setting properties, so it tends to fall out easily. N6
.. Polyamide fibers such as 66 also have the disadvantage of having a low modulus of elasticity in hot water and easily becoming flattened, and as a result, only products that are coarse and hard and have poor appearance can be obtained. It is. On the other hand, as in Japanese Patent Publication No. 44-18371, fibers with varying thickness are obtained by separating the composite components from a composite fiber configured to have thick unevenness in the longitudinal direction. has been proposed, but the sharpened fibers made of such composite fibers have nonuniform sharpened ends and nonuniform lengths, and are not homogeneous sharpened fibers at both ends, and have an uneven periodicity. Because of its long length, in order to obtain fibers with a length of 20 to 15 W, most of the cut surfaces are not sharpened. Therefore, blended yarns made of such fibers have the disadvantage that their coarse and hard texture is extremely noticeable. there were.

In other words, a blended yarn of sharpened fibers made of polyethylene terephthalate fibers cannot satisfy the flexibility and resiliency of animal hair at the same time, and also has the disadvantage of easily causing curly hair and causing a prickling sensation on the skin. There was a fatal flaw. In view of these conventional drawbacks, the present invention creates an angora-like knitted fabric that has the same excellent appearance and quality as when animal hair such as angora is blended, and is also superior to animal hair in terms of durability. As a result of extensive research into blended yarns for this purpose, we have arrived at the present invention.

A blended yarn composed of 3 to 60% polybutylene terephthalate fibers with 5 ribs and sharpened substantially dotted ends, and 40 to 97% other fibers, and whose surface A blended yarn in which five or more fluffs of one rib or more in length are formed in the part 'a). By adopting such a technical configuration, the present invention is the first synthetic fiber to have properties that are extremely similar to animal hair, having both flexibility and rebound properties, and which is permanently curly and does not leave a tingling sensation on the skin. Therefore, it is possible to provide an excellent animal hair textured fabric free of turbidity. The present invention will be explained in detail below.

When the sharpened fibers are made into a blended yarn, these different factors act synergistically, resulting in significantly different performance. In other words, the blended fabric consisting of the former has excellent anti-twill strength despite its very soft hair quality, and has two characteristics: it does not cause hair to become frizzy permanently, and it does not give a prickly feeling to the skin. It demonstrates important performance. In the present invention, the sharpening of both ends not only makes the appearance and texture more Angora-like, but also has the characteristic that it is easier to raise hairs during the process compared to a non-sharpened vertical prosthesis of the same thickness and length. It is an essential element. Additionally, the fibers must be sharpened at substantially both ends;
If the non-pointed ends are exposed on the surface of the thread, it becomes coarse and hard, impairing the animal hair-like texture, which is not preferable. Regarding the shape of the sharpened portion and the method of sharpening, the tip is substantially close to a point;
It is preferable that the slope length is long, the slope is gradually sharpened, and the shape is uniformly symmetrical. Fibers of this type are preferably used because their texture is more like that of animal hair and their tips do not curl. An example of a method for obtaining fibers in this form is the method disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 50-40195. In the present invention, the sharpened fibers used have a maximum major axis of 0.02 to 0.1 and a length (total length) of 20 to 150.

If the major axis is less than 0.02 mm, the stiffness will be 4 mm, making it difficult to raise the fluff in the subsequent process, and if it is 0.1 mm or more, the texture will be rough and hard, which is not preferable. Particularly preferably 0.
It is on the 03 to 0.08 side. If the length is less than 2 snouts,
Not only is it difficult to sharpen both ends, but there are
It is difficult to form fluff fibers that are longer than the length of the ship, and if the length is 150 legs or more, not only will process passability become poor, but the fluff will be too long, resulting in poor appearance and poor texture. do not have. A particularly preferred range is 30 to 12 m. In the present invention, there is no particular limitation on the cross section of the sharpened fiber.

In addition, the sharpened fibers have a moderate amount of winding (10 windings/winding) near the center.
(inch or less) is better in terms of hair removal. However, from the viewpoint of appearance and feel, it is preferable that at least one rib from the tip be substantially non-crimped. The fibers that are other constituents of the blended yarn of the present invention are not particularly limited, and one or more types can be selected from natural fibers such as wool and cotton, and synthetic fibers such as polyester, polyamide, and polyacrylic. .

If the ratio is less than 3%, the nap is insufficient and a good texture cannot be imparted, and if it is more than 60%, the yarn will not be entwined enough and the physical properties of the yarn will be poor, and the fluff will cause problems in the process. This is not preferable because the permeability deteriorates. In the present invention, in order to have a good angora-like feel, the yarn must have, or be capable of developing, five or more fluffy fibers/fluff having tips with a length of ten sides or more.

Here, "able to develop" means that it is possible to raise the sharpened fibers without cutting them in a commonly known process such as scouring, dyeing, and finishing. For example, in the case of wool-based knitted fabrics, washing, weaving, It is expressed as a value that includes the fluffy fibers that appear in processes such as boiling, striped weaving, and steamed weaving. That is,
Even with a blended yarn having the structure of the present invention, if there are many fibers buried in the yarn, fibers with both ends present in the yarn, and forming loops, the number of fluffy fibers of the present invention is not 5/m. If it does not exist, it will not be possible to obtain the flavor of the Angola theory of the present invention.

The method for producing the yarn with a large amount of fluffy fibers having sharp edges according to the present invention is not particularly limited, and can be selected from any known method. For example, in the case of normal spinning, sharpened fibers with non-striped properties and low shrinkage tend to have more crimp and come out to the surface more easily than those with high shrinkage.

The knitted fabric had a good angora-like appearance and feel, and its hair-pulling resistance was also better than that of natural angora. The number of fluffs with sharp ends of one thread or more of the threads collected from the knitted fabric was approximately 40 threads/m. I made a sweater and a sweater 1 from this knitted fabric and wore them for a month, but no sagging or frizz occurred at all.
