Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention has naps made of natural fibers and the like excellent in falling-off durability, and exhibits the feel and feel of natural fibers and the like. The present invention relates to a soft mall yarn and a method for producing the same. 2. Description of the Related Art A mall yarn composed of a core yarn, a core holding yarn, and a flower yarn is a yarn in which the flower yarn sandwiched between the core yarn and the core holding yarn is made upright. Various fibers such as synthetic fibers and natural fibers are used for the yarn. For example, spun yarns made of polyester fibers, acrylic fibers, and the like, and filament yarns are used for flower yarns. [0003] In addition, natural fibers such as cotton, wool and silk, regenerated fibers such as rayon, and semi-synthetic fibers such as acetate are used for the yarn, and the feel and feel of the fibers are obtained.
Attempts have also been made to produce maul yarns. [0004] However, many fibers conventionally used for the yarn have a short fiber length, and are used as spun yarns. There is a big problem that it is difficult to exert the effect, and the durability of falling off the yarn is insufficient. Accordingly, the present invention has as its main object to provide a mall yarn using natural fibers or regenerated fibers or the like as the yarn, and yet has a particularly excellent durability against falling off of the yarn. It provides a method for easily producing yarn. [0006] In order to achieve this object, the molding yarn of claim 1 comprises a core yarn, a core holding yarn,
And a yarn comprising a yarn, wherein the yarn comprises at least one fiber selected from natural fibers, regenerated fibers, semi-synthetic fibers, and acrylic fibers, and polyamide fibers. [0007] In the method for producing a molding yarn according to claim 4, when producing a molding yarn comprising a core yarn, a core holding yarn and a flower yarn, natural fibers, regenerated fibers,
Semi-synthetic fiber, acrylic fiber, one or more fibers,
By supplying a polyamide filament together, and supplying a heat-fusible fiber to a core yarn and / or a core-suppressing yarn, a mottled raw yarn is formed, and then heat-treated for heat fusion. It is characterized by causing fusion by conductive fibers. [0008] In the present invention, the flower yarn is composed of at least one fiber (hereinafter simply abbreviated as natural fiber or the like) among natural fibers, regenerated fibers, semi-synthetic fibers, and acrylic fibers, and polyamide fibers. This is very important. As natural fiber,
Normal natural fibers such as cotton, wool, animal hair, silk, and hemp are used, and regenerated fibers include rayon and cupra. The natural fiber or the like may be used alone or in combination. Further, two or more kinds of the fibers may be mixed, or a mixed yarn may be used as the yarn. On the other hand, ordinary polyamide fibers such as nylon 6 fibers and nylon 66 fibers are used as polyamide fibers, and spun yarns or filament yarns composed of these fibers are supplied as yarns for flower yarns. Good. [0011] The filament yarn may be a flat yarn or a crimped processed yarn.
Further, it may be a polyamide-based composite fiber. Examples of the processed yarn include an indented crimped yarn, a false twisted yarn, a scratched yarn, a shaped yarn, a latently crimped yarn by asymmetric heating and asymmetric cooling, and the like. The fineness of the single yarn may be about 0.4 to 12 denier. As the yarn for the yarn supplied in the molding yarn production process, the yarn such as the above-mentioned natural fiber and the polyamide fiber yarn may be used in parallel, but the natural fiber or the like and the polyamide fiber are mixed and mixed. Alternatively, a yarn obtained by mixing both fibers in advance, such as a mixed spun yarn or a long and short composite yarn, may be used. The mixing ratio of the natural fibers and the like to the polyamide fibers in the yarn may be about 40:60 to 90:10. If the proportion of the polyamide fiber is too small, the effect of preventing the falling of the yarn cannot be sufficiently exhibited. Conversely, if the amount of the natural fibers is too small, the feel and feel of the natural fibers cannot be sufficiently exhibited. It is preferable that substantially all of the yarns are made of natural fibers and polyamide fibers, but other fibers, for example, polyester fibers and the like may be slightly mixed. The yarn composed of natural fibers and polyamide fibers is cut to the same molding length in the molding yarn production process, but the polyamide fibers shrink more greatly in the subsequent heat treatment process. At the stage of the product, the polyamide fiber nap is hidden under the nap of natural fiber or the like, and is almost inconspicuous in appearance and feel.
Further, in order to make the polyamide fiber inconspicuous, the polyamide fiber preferably has an appropriate crimp, and particularly preferably a non-torque indented crimped polyamide yarn. The indented crimped polyamide yarn (hereinafter referred to as indented crimped yarn) is obtained by stuffing a normal nylon filament yarn such as nylon 6 or nylon 66 by an ordinary method. For example, "River Loft" (manufactured by Kawabo Rivers Co., Ltd.) and "Shintron" (manufactured by Taisei Synthetic Fiber Co., Ltd.) can be mentioned. As the core yarn and / or the core holding yarn, a normal yarn may be used, and a spun yarn made of acrylic fiber, polyamide fiber, polyester fiber, etc. may be used. Fusibility with heat fusible fibers,
It is preferable from the viewpoints of preventing the falling of the thread and fineness. The polyamide crimped yarn used is the same as the yarn used for the woolen yarn. Among them, the indentation having a relatively small crimping degree such as a crimp elongation of about 70 to 120% is used. A crimped yarn is preferable, and in this case, a fine yarn such as 30 denier, which is difficult to use with a spun yarn, can also be used. As the heat-sealing fiber used in addition to the crimped yarn, a fiber made of a low-melting polyamide may be used, for example, "Elder" (manufactured by Toray Industries, Inc.). The production of a mortar-shaped original yarn using these core yarn, core-suppressing yarn, flower yarn, and heat-sealing fiber is performed by inserting a predetermined length of a yarn for flower yarn between the core yarn and the core presser yarn. The method may be carried out by a conventional method of sandwiching the yarn, cutting the yarn for the flower yarn, twisting the core yarn and the core holding yarn, and winding up. The cut length of the yarn may be determined according to the feeling, feel, appearance, type of natural fiber used, etc. of the mall yarn, but is generally about 0.5 to 20 mm. do it. The obtained raw yarn may be subjected to a wet heat treatment or a dry heat treatment by an ordinary method in order to cause fusion by the heat fusion fiber. The mall yarn obtained by the fusion treatment can be processed into knitting, weaving, dyeing, and other processes to give a fabric product having a natural fiber tone, a regenerated fiber tone, or the like, and a feeling. According to the present invention, since natural fibers and the like and polyamide fibers are used in combination for the flower yarns, the polyamide fibers are fused by the heat-sealing fibers and firmly attached to the core yarn and the core holding yarn. And natural fibers and the like present in the yarns mixed with the polyamide fibers are less likely to fall off. However, the polyamide fiber in the yarn has a shorter nap length than the natural fiber due to shrinkage during the heat treatment process.
Polyamide fibers are almost inconspicuous in appearance and feel. The nap length of this polyamide fiber becomes short, particularly when crimped yarn or latently crimpable fiber yarn is used, and becomes less noticeable. Therefore, despite the use of polyamide fibers, the appearance, feel and feel of the mall yarn made of naps such as natural fibers are harmonized and fully exhibited. In particular, when a cotton yarn is used as a natural fiber or the like, the heavy and hard feel and feel of cotton are moderately harmonized and reduced, and a unique mall yarn having softness and a moist feel is obtained. Further, when the core yarn and / or the core-suppressing yarn is made of a crimped polyamide yarn as described in [Claim 3], the strength of the maul yarn and the prevention of falling off of the yarn are further improved. Moreover, the core yarn and / or the core holding yarn can be made thinner, and the mall yarn can be made thinner and lighter. Therefore, a unique nap yarn, which is a light and thin mall yarn, while having nap of natural fibers is obtained. [Example 1] Cotton spun yarn 1 of 60s count as a yarn for a flower yarn
A book and one of 110 denier 30 filaments of a pressed crimped yarn “River Loft” (manufactured by Kawabow Rivers Co., Ltd.) obtained by press-crimping a nylon 6 filament yarn were supplied. Also, a pressed crimped yarn “River Loft” (same as above) 110 denier 3 obtained by press-crimping a nylon 6 filament yarn as a core yarn and a core-suppressing yarn.
0 filament was used. In addition, "Elder" (manufactured by Toray Industries, Inc.), which is a polyamide yarn having a low melting point, is used as the heat fusion fiber.
0 denier was used. The heat-fused fibers were supplied in a state of being aligned with the core yarn and the core-suppressing yarn, and a mottled original yarn having a cut yarn length of 2.0 mm was produced by an ordinary method. The obtained raw yarn was turned into a skein and subjected to wet heat treatment at 95 to 105 ° C. for 20 minutes. When the obtained mulled yarn is dyed and flat-knitted by a usual method, it has a moisture-absorbing and moist feel of cotton fiber, and the heavy and hard texture of cotton fiber is significantly reduced. The knitted fabric product has a light touch and feel. In addition, despite the fact that the cotton fiber was napped and the yarn was 7th and thin, it was an excellent material that had excellent durability against falling off of the yarn and could be put to practical use for clothing. [Example 2] As the yarn for supplying the yarn,
Except that one 1 / 60th wool spun yarn and one of the 110-denier 30-denier 30-filament indented crimped yarn “River Loft” obtained by indenting and crimping a nylon 6 filament yarn were used. A mall yarn was manufactured in the same manner as in Example 1 to obtain a knitted fabric product. However, the thread cut length is 1
The dyeing was changed to 2 mm, and the dyeing was changed according to the yarn material. The resulting knitted fabric is supple and light, with the warm feel of wool and the touch of gentleness.
It had a good feel and was an excellent fabric. Comparative Example 1 A molding yarn was produced in the same manner as in Example 1 except that only a cotton spun yarn of 60s count was used as the yarn, and the knitted fabric was further produced. The obtained knitted fabric had a heavy and hard feel unique to cotton fibers, and moreover, the yarn easily fell off and the durability was poor. Comparative Example 2 A mulled yarn was produced in the same manner as in Example 1 except that only wool spun yarn of 1 / 60th count was used as the yarn, and the knitted fabric was further produced. The resulting knitted fabric was excellent in the warm feel and feel of wool fibers, but was poor in durability because of easy removal of the yarn. According to the present invention, the ability to prevent the falling off of the yarn in a maul yarn using natural fibers or the like for the yarn is significantly improved. Furthermore, the polyamide fibers used together with the natural yarns such as natural fibers are hardly noticeable in appearance or feel,
The appearance, feel and feel of mall yarns made of naps such as natural fibers are sufficiently exhibited. In addition, when a material having a heavy and hard feel, such as cotton fiber, is used as the natural fiber, it is possible to reduce the drawback of being heavy and hard, and to reduce the amount of the natural fiber used. In addition, since the appearance can be made large, it is possible to obtain an unprecedented excellent mall yarn having a soft feeling. [0035] Further, when the molding yarn according to [claim 3] is used, the durability of dropping of the yarn can be further improved, the molding yarn itself can be made thinner and lighter, and a thin molding having naps made of natural fibers or the like. A unique standing yarn called yarn is formed. Accordingly, it is possible to obtain a mall yarn having an excellent feel and feeling of each of natural fibers such as cotton, wool, silk, cupra, and acrylic even with a fine count. The fabric using the mall yarn according to the method of the present invention exhibits excellent workability and applicability, which can be widely used not only for clothing, but also for furniture, wall coverings, car interiors, bags, and the like. . that's all
