Claims (1)
出力端には第１の平滑回路を、第１の平滑回路の
出力端には比較回路の一方の入力端を接続し、入
力端の他方に負荷を介して比較回路の他方の入力
端を接続し、比較回路の出力端には第２の平滑回
路を接続して、比較回路の他方の入力端子が供給
される電圧が比較回路の一方の入力端子に供合さ
れる入力電圧に比例した直流電圧より高い場合の
み第２の平滑回路から出力を生ずることを特徴と
