準電圧とを比較する誤差増幅器と、この誤差増幅
器の出力によつて前記出力電圧が基準電圧に対応
した一定電圧になるように制御するMOSFET
と、MOSFETと負荷との間に接続された過電
流検出抵抗とを備えたシリーズレギユレータにお
いて、 前記MOSFETと過電流検出抵抗との共通接
続点と誤差増幅器の入力端間にコンデンサを接続
し、高い周波数成分に対し過電流検出抵抗をバイ
パスするような交流帰還をかけるようにしたこと
