Thin sheets of processed polyvinyl chloride have been known.

あるが、満足できる解決策とはなっていない。However, in the case of polyvinyl chloride thin sheets treated with these releasable treatment agents, the releasable treatment film has poor adhesion to the polyvinyl chloride and easily falls off (for example, when the surface protection material is rolled up). When peeling off the adhesive layer stuck to the releasable treated surface, such as when unwinding an object, there was a problem that the releasable treated film was transferred from the polyvinyl chloride side to the adhesive side. Transfer of the treated film to the adhesive side causes a decrease in the adhesive strength of the adhesive surface. In addition, in the case of surface protection materials, the adherend may be contaminated by residual transfer material. This requires a removal process, which reduces work efficiency. Therefore, efforts are being made to minimize the amount of stripping agents used to prevent contamination, but this is not a satisfactory solution. Not yet.

2 to 50% by weight, especially 14 to 40% by weight, and a melt index of 1 to 50. If the vinyl acetate content is less than 12% by weight, the adhesion of the polyvinyl chloride to the thin film may be insufficient, which may cause the releasable treated film to fall off, and if it exceeds 65% by weight, the releasability may be insufficient. Become. Furthermore, if the vinyl acetate content is outside the above range, the releasable treated film obtained will have poor ability to follow the elongation (usually 3 to 10%) of the thin film of polyvinyl chloride, especially soft polyvinyl chloride. It may fall off.

被着体の汚染を惹起する。Other types of releasable treatment agents to be added to the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin include those based on polyvinyl alcohol-long chain alkyl isocyanate. This can be obtained, for example, by a method of saponifying a reaction product of polyvinyl alcohol and a long-chain alkyl isocyanate (Japanese Patent Application No. 2272-43/1982). When the purpose is to improve the releasability, the amount of other releasability treatment agents is 1 part of the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin.
5 to 30 parts by weight per 00 parts by weight is suitable. If the amount of the compound is less than 5 parts by weight, the compounding effect (improvement of releasability)
If the amount exceeds 30 parts by weight, the binder action of the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin against other types of releasable treatment agents will be relatively reduced, and the adhesive strength of polyvinyl chloride to the thin film will be reduced. A phenomenon in which other types of releasable treatment agents come off is observed. Therefore, in the case of a surface protection material, it causes contamination of the adherend.

Generally, a tape, film or sheet having a thickness of 5 mm or less is used. The polyvinyl chloride thin film may be made of only polyvinyl chloride, or may be a laminate or a composite such as a laminate of polyvinyl chloride thin films. Note that the layer thickness of the releasable treatment agent provided on the polyvinyl chloride thin film body may be a customary thickness.

。Effects of the Invention Since the thin film made of polyvinyl chloride of the present invention was subjected to releasability treatment using an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer-based releasable treatment agent, the treated film has excellent adhesive strength to the thin film. As a result, transfer to the adhesive layer due to detachment of the releasable treated film from the thin film, a decrease in adhesive strength on the adhesive surface, and contamination of the adherend in the case of a surface protection material are effectively prevented.
