問題点を有していた。Since the surface of this foamed aluminum is protected by a thin oxide film, it will not be corroded in the atmosphere, and can be used as a building material even as it is. However, when applied to building materials as is, there are problems in terms of decoration. For this reason, the surface of foamed aluminum has conventionally been subjected to a coating treatment. The conventional painting process for foamed aluminum requires filling the small pores with a filler and then applying paint over that. It was not possible to take advantage of the difference in color scheme, and the increased weight of the filler caused a deterioration in lightness. On the other hand, conventional painting on foamed aluminum caused uneven gloss, peeling, repelling, and blistering. This has the problem of causing bubbles, etc., and deteriorating the appearance or physical and chemical properties of the finished coating film.
