Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 研削工具を装備する取付台を整形機本体に
    昇降自在に設け、取付台を上昇又は下降して溶接
    機アームの先端に取付けられた電極チツプに前記
    研削工具を当接させ該チツプの先端の研削を行う
    自動電極整形機において、 取付台の上昇又は下降に連動させたロツドと、
    該ロツド近傍の整形機本体側との一方に検出片を
    、他方に取付台の上下動によつて前記検出片と当
    接可能な検出器を設けたことを特徴とするスポツ
    ト溶接用電極の使用限界検出装置。 (2) 検出片と検出器とが３個ずつあり、第１の
    検出片と検出器とによつて取付台の原点位置を検
    出し、第２の検出片と検出器とによつて上側の電
    極チツプの使用限界を検出し、第３の検出片と検
    出器とによつて下側の電極チツプの使用限界を検
    出するよう構成されていることを特徴とする実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載のスポツト溶接
    用電極の使用限界検出装置。 (3) 検出片がロツド側に、検出器が整形機本体
    側に設けられていることを特徴とする実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第１項若しくは第２項のいずれかに
    記載のスポツト溶接用電極の使用限界検出装置。
