A―O―Aに沿う縦断面図、第2図は電磁クラツ
チの第一実施例の構造を示す分解斜視図、第3図
a,bは第1図のB―B戦に沿う断面図、第4図
は縦軸に弾性定数K(kgm/deg)、横軸に
変位量D(mm)をとつた座標における弾性部材
の弾性定数を示すグラフで、縦軸に弾性定数K(
kgm/deg)をとるとともに、横軸に変位量
D(mm)をとつている。第5図はこの考案の第
二実施例の第1図相当図、第6図はこの考案の第
三実施例の第1図相当図、第7図a,bおよび第
8図は従来を示すもので、それぞれ断面図および
弾性部材の変位D(mm)に対する弾性定数(k
gm/deg)の変化する様子を表す。 図中、3…励磁コイル、5…ロータ、8…アー
マチヤ、10…外側保持板、11…クツシヨンゴ

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 回転力を受けて回転するロータと、 このロータに対して接離方向に移動可能に設け
    られ励磁コイルの通電により近接変位して連結さ
    れ一体的に回転するアーマチヤと、 このアーマチヤに取り付けられ外周縁に適宜の
    形状のフランジが形成された外側保持板と、 この外側保持板のフランジに対応するフランジ
    を有し前記外側保持板に所定の間隔を余して同心
    的に配置された内側保持板と、 これら外側保持板および内側保持板との間に設
    けられ前記励磁コイルの通電により前記外側保持
    板が前記ロータに対して近接移動し、前記アーマ
    チヤ側の回転力を前記外側保持板を介して前記内
    側保持板側に伝達させる弾性部材とを備え、 前記弾性部材の前記ロータに接離移動する方向
    の厚み寸法が前記内側保持板から前記外側保持板
    に向かつて漸次大となるようにするとともに、少
    なくとも前記弾性部材の前記アーマチヤから遠方
    側に属する表面部は前記アーマチヤとの非連結状
    態において前記外側保持板のフランジに対して鈍
    角を成すように傾斜していることを特徴とする電
    磁連結装置。 (2) 前記内側保持板と前記外側保持板はともに
    略十字形を成していることを特徴とする実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第1項に記載の電磁連結装置。 (3) 内側保持板と前記外側保持板はともに略Y
    字形を成していることを特徴とする実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第1項に記載の電磁連結装置。
