Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent ill use of falsification and modification by forming a solid printing layer and patterned printing layer having specific reflection density values so that recopying is prohibited. CONSTITUTION:The solid printing layer 2 is formed of sepia tone and hue ink having the reflection density values of about 1.28 yellow, 1.16 magenta and 0.8 cyan on the surface of base paper 1, and the patterned printing layer 3 is lap-printed of sepia tone and hue ink having the reflection density values of about 0.97 yellow, 0.82 magenta and 0.52 cyan on the solid printing layer 2. The solid printing layer 4 is also formed of the sepia tone and the ink having the reflection density values of about 1.05 yellow, 0.94 magenta, and 0.66 cyan on the rear face of the base paper 1; furthermore, recording characters having gloss are provided by a heat transfer method on the surface of the base paper, by which the unrecopiable paper is obtd. The ill use of falsification and modification is thereby prevented.

<Prior art> Various types of copy-protection paper have been developed to prevent leakage of confidential information due to copying. For example, this paper is used to prevent materials copied for internal corporate meetings from being illegally leaked and re-copied. In order to do this, papers that can copy originals on their own, but which darken the entire paper when copied onto other papers, making it impossible to decipher the recorded characters, have been attracting attention in recent years. Therefore, the present applicant previously proposed Japanese Patent Application No. 61-286307 as a paper that would make such re-copying impossible. They succeeded in developing a paper that makes the characters clearly legible, but makes it impossible to reproduce the recorded characters when recopied. In other words, the paper uses the electrophotographic method to copy the recorded characters on the surface of the original using the action of toner in the copying machine, and also records black pigment that reacts with the toner using heat and pressure to make it even more glossy. It is characterized by being attached to letters.

<Problems to be Solved by the Invention> Although the above-described technique has the advantage of being widely implemented in ordinary electrophotographic copying machines, there is a problem in that it cannot be implemented in copying machines that do not have toner.

<Means for Solving the Problems> The present invention was proposed in view of the above circumstances.
・A solid printing layer is formed with a sepia tone ink having a reflection density value of about 0.81 for cyan, and a reflection density value of about 0.97 for yellow, 0.82 for magenta, and 0.52 for cyan is applied to the uneven printing layer. At the same time, the pattern printing layer is overprinted with a sepia toned ink having a yellow color 1.0 on the back side of the base paper.
5. Form a solid printing layer with sepia tone ink having a reflection density value of about 0.94 for magenta and 0.66 for cyan,
Furthermore, the paper has glossy recorded characters provided on the surface of the base paper using a thermal transfer method and cannot be copied again.

<Function> When a pattern printing layer having the same sepia tone hue is overprinted on a solid printing layer having a sepia tone hue having the above-mentioned reflection density value, the sepia tone hue of the pattern printing layer portion becomes a deep dark color. Therefore, even if written with a writing instrument such as a ballpoint pen, the color of the ink is not clearly recognized and cannot be read.

Furthermore, even if a document is placed in a normal copying machine and copied onto the paper of the present invention, the printed characters will not be glossy due to toner transfer and will be unclear, but this paper uses a thermal transfer method to print the recorded characters. Because of this, the characters are glossy and dark in color, making them clearly visible and easy to read. However, when this paper is further run in a copying machine, the entire base paper becomes darkened and the recorded characters are not reproduced and become illegible due to the presence of the pattern printing layer.

<Example> An opaque base paper 1 has a solid printing layer 2 formed on its surface with a sepia tone ink having reflection density values of yellow 1.28, magenta 1.16 and cyan 0.81. On the top surface of this solid printing layer 2, yellow 0°97, magenta 0.
The pattern printing layer 3 was overprinted with a sepia tone ink having a reflection density value of 0.82 x cyan and 0.52. The pattern of the printed layer 3 is preferably a fine continuous pattern that dazzles the naked eye by combining vertical and horizontal lines, circular lines, and the like.

Furthermore, recorded characters 5 are provided on the surface of the above-mentioned base paper 1 using a thermal transfer copying machine. These recorded characters are the characters of a document (not shown) set on a copying machine with a built-in thermal transfer type carbon, and are copied onto the surface of the base paper 1 used as copy paper. They are displayed within the pattern in exactly the same format as the original, and because of the carbon transfer, the characters appear glossy and dark, making them clearly readable.

As mentioned above, the recorded characters 5 on this paper are printed using the thermal transfer method.
When this copy is used as an original in a copying machine, the solid print layer and pattern print layer are darkened and copied onto ordinary copy paper, making it difficult to read the recorded characters. Furthermore, when the density of the copying machine is adjusted toward lighter colors, the solid print layer and the turn print layer are copied in gradually lighter colors, but the characters cannot be read because the pattern of the turn print layer interferes with the recorded characters.

Note that the means for forming recorded characters on the surface of the base paper can be a word processor, facsimile, etc. if it is a thermal transfer method.
Of course, these also belong to the free implementation scope of the present invention.

(1) Since the solid printing layer and the pattern printing layer have a specific reflection density value, the surface of the paper becomes dark when copying, making it difficult to read the recorded characters, so even if the paper of the present invention is leaked outside. Re-copying is not possible and abuses such as forgery and alteration are prevented. (2) Since the pattern printing pattern interferes with the recorded characters, the characters will not be deciphered even if you adjust the shading of the copying machine, making any copy possible. Compatible with machines. .

(3) Since a solid printing layer is also formed on the base paper with a specific reflection density value, transparent copying can also be prevented.
