Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
従来の莚は親水親油性であるため液状食品滴で
濡らされ莚内に浸透して汚染するし、非親油水被
膜を塗布したものでは液状食品に濡れないが拭き
取り時の残留液状食品が乾燥すると緯条に附着し
てこれを除去し難い欠陥があつた。又プラスチツ
ク製緯条に短繊維を静電気植毛したものがあるが
親水親油性であるため水や油で汚損し易くかつ天
然緯条の特性（吸湿性、天然色等）を発揮し難い
という問題点があつた。

てこれを除去し難い欠陥があつた。又プラスチツ
ク製緯条に短繊維を静電気植毛したものがあるが
親水親油性であるため水や油で汚損し易くかつ天
然緯条の特性（吸湿性、天然色等）を発揮し難い
という問題点があつた。
本案は天然の藺の特性即ち吸湿性、藺の色等を
失うことなく、しかも液状食品等によつて汚損さ
れ難い莚を得ることを目的とする。

本案は織成した藺による緯条１の表面に肉眼で
は見えない程度の非親油水性微毛２を無数植立さ
せた防汚層３を被覆してなる莚によつて構成され
る。

非親水性微毛２は例えば柴等の葉の表面に見ら
れる結露水滴を支持する無数の微毛と同等の起立
毛であつて、水滴や油滴を浸透させることのない
（非親油水性）合成樹脂微毛膜であり、緯条１即
ち藺条の表面にスプレーで塗布し、塗布液内の揮
発分の揮発現象によつて上記微毛２を塗布膜の表
面に無数形成することができる。この微毛２は肉
眼では見えない程度であり、肉眼では莚４の地色
を若干変化させる程度に見える。尚図中５で示す
ものは藺の表皮、６は液状食品滴である。

１間に浸透することもなく微毛２上に保持される
から、雑巾や布巾でこれを拭き取り或は電気掃除
機で吸引して上記液状食品滴６を除去し、莚４の
汚染を防止することができる。

本案は上述のように構成したので上記微毛２上
に支持された液状食品滴６が上記防汚層３および
緯条１を濡らすおそれがなく、緯条１，１間に浸
透することもないし、無数の上記微毛２上に保持
されるためこれを拭取りや吸引によつて容易に除
去することができるばかりでなく、乾燥した液状
食品は上記微毛２上に浮上状態に保持されている
ため莚４からきわめて容易にこれを除去し得るも
のである。又藺の表面に肉眼では見えない程度の
微毛２を植立させてなるものであるから天然の藺
の地色や吸湿性が失われないという利点がある。

汚層３を被覆してなる莚。
