Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、個別の成分をそれぞれ収容した個別の可撓性
の袋から駆動媒体の作用により絞り出し、多成分の液状
物質を調合して分配する分配装置に関するものである。
多成分物質は産業界、工業界において、接着、充填、シ
ール等を行うための広範囲に使用されている。成分相互
が早く反応するのを防止するため、各成分は互いに分離
した室に収容しなければならない。
既知の装置では、各成分を移動可能な押し出しピストン
を有する個別の円筒形のカートリッジに収容するもので
極めて費用がかかり、製造コストも高い。更に、部分的
に押し出し圧力が極めて高くなることによる押し出しピ
ストンのシールの問題がある。押し出しピストンが完全
にシールされていないと、カートリッジに作用する必須
の押し出し装置をよごすことになる。
コスト上の問題並びにシール上の問題から、可撓性の袋
に成分を詰めることも知られている。このような袋は例
えばローラまたは袋の側面に作用する駆動媒体により機
械的に圧縮する。西ドイツ特許公告第２６４４７８０号
には１個の共通収容部に袋を配置し、駆動媒体の同一圧
力を加えて圧縮することが記載されている。従って、特
定の一定混合比ではほぼ同様の粘度の成分しか分配する
ことができない。特に建築業界で使用される多成分物質
は各成分の粘度がそれぞれ異なり、またこの成分粘度は
周囲の温度により変化する。このような物質を上述の装
置を使用して特定の混合比を厳守することは保証するこ
とができない。
従って、本発明の目的は、多成分物質の各成分を可撓性
の袋に収容し、これら成分を一定の混合比で押し出すこ
とができる構成簡単な装置を得るにある。
この目的を達成するため本発明分配装置は、容袋をそれ
ぞれ個別の収容部に配置し、前記駆動媒体を調合装置に
より前記収容部に導入することを特徴とする。
本発明によれば、個別の収容部に各個に袋を配置するこ
とにより、相互干渉を回避することができ、成分の粘度
に相応の必要な押し出し圧力を互いに独立に調整するこ
とができる。特に流動する駆動媒体の量で分配すべき物
質の調合をすることにより装置の構成は相当簡単になる
。更に、駆動媒体のための調合装置は作動を長く中断し
て洗浄する必要はなく、洗浄のために駆動媒体を出し入
れする必要もない。
好適な実施例においては、各調合装置は容積型ポンプと
して構成する。このようなポンプは例えば、ピストンポ
ンプまたは偏心ポンプとすることができる。ポンプは手
動またはモータにより駆動することができる。
本発明の好適な実施例においては、ポンプを歯車ポンプ
とする。歯車ポンプは弁を必要とせず、また送給を双方
向に同様に駆動することができる。
更に歯車ポンプは小型の構成にすることができる。
特定の用途のために、成分の混合比を一定に維持するこ
とができるようにするため、本発明の好適な実施例にお
いては、各成分のためのポンプを互いに連結する。この
ポンプ連結は、共通の駆動軸にポンプを直接連結するこ
とによって得られる。
中間に接続される変速装置または変換装置により混合比
を変化させることができる。これにより各ポンプのため
の駆動モータを電気的に調整することにより可能性が一
層広がる。
収容部に袋を配置することによりこの収容部における残
りの容積はわかっており、この残りの容積には空気が充
満している。このような空気クッションは成分の調合に
悪影響を与え、上述の混合比を維持することはできなく
なる。この問題を解決するため、本発明の好適な実施例
においては、収容部に排気弁を設ける。このような排気
弁は、押し出し作業を始めるために、排気弁から駆動媒
体があふれ出るまで作動させる。手動操作排気弁の代り
にいわゆる自動弁を使用することもでき、この自動弁は
液体が弁に流入した瞬間に自動的に閉じるようにする。
次に、図面につき本発明の好適な実施例を説明する。
第１図に示す本発明の実施例の装置はハウジング１とこ
れに連結したカバ一部２とを有する。このハウジング１
は側方に突出するハンドグリップ１ａを有する。ハウジ
ング１とカバ一部２との間にシール３を配置する。カバ
一部２には、絞り出し管部４を接続するための雄ねじ部
２ａを設ける。絞り出し管部４には混合素子４ａを設け
る。カバ一部２には、雄ねじ部２ａを開口端部とする経
路２ｂ、　２Ｃを設ける。経路２ｂ、　２ｃの端部には
接続管５を接合する。ハウジング１には互いに平行に配
置した袋６．７のための２個の収容部１ｂ、　ｌｃを設
け、袋６゜７には多くの成分よりなる物質のための成分
８゜９を保持する。袋６．７を接続管５においてカバ一
部２に連結する。ハウジング１およびカバ一部２には排
気孔１ｄ、　２ｄを設ける。排気孔１ｄ、　２ｄには手
動で操作する排気弁ｌＯを連結する。排気弁１０は、弁
体１０ａ　と、タペットｆｏｂ　と、このタペット１０
ｂを弁体ｔＯａに押し付ける圧縮ばねｔＯＣとにより構
成する。
ハンドグリップ１ａにはクンク１１を配置し、このタン
クに駆動媒体１２例えば液圧オイルを収容する。
この駆動媒体１２は、吸引管１３およびハウジング１に
形成した吸引ダクＨｅを経て互いに並置した２個の歯車
ポンプ１４．　１５に達する。歯車ポンプ１４゜１５は
、共通の駆動軸１６により駆動し、従って連動する。駆
動軸１６にはかさ歯車１７を連結する。このかさ歯車１
７には円錐状のピニオン１８を噛合させ、このピニオン
１８をモータ１９の駆動軸に連結する。
モータ１９はハウジング１の収容開口１ｂに配置したバ
ッテリ２０により駆動する。このバッチ’Ｊ２０は、閉
鎖プラグ２１と接点ばね２２により軸方向の移動を阻止
される。モータ１９とバッテリ２０との電気的接続は、
ハンドグリップ１ａに設けたスイッチ２３により行う。
このスイッチ２３によりモータ１９および歯車ポンプ１
４．１５の作動および不作動を制御し、従って駆動媒体
１２のタンク１１から圧カダク）ｌｆ、　Ｉｇを経て収
容部１ｂ、　ｌｃへの導入を制御する。収容部ｌｂ、　
ｌｃに導入された駆動媒体１２により袋６、７に収納さ
れている成分８．９は押し出され、経路２ｂ。
２Ｃを経て絞り出し管部４に導かれる。排気弁１０によ
り収容部１ｂ、　ｌｃにおける絞り出し作業を始めるに
当り収容部の前端における空気を除去することができる
。このような空気のクッションがあると、成分８，９の
連続した分配を阻止される。袋６．７が完全に空になっ
た場合、モータ１９の回転方向をスイッチ２３により逆
転させ、駆動媒体１２を再びタンク１１に帰還させる。
収容部１ｂ、　ｌｃが完全に空になった後カバ一部２を
取外し、空の袋６゜７を新しい充満した袋６、７に交換
する。
第２図に、駆動軸１６並びにハウジングＩに設けた吸引
ダクト１ｅおよび圧力ダクト１ｆとともに歯車ポンプ１
４の断面を示す。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １、個別の成分（８、９）をそれぞれ収容した個別の可
    撓性の袋（６、７）から駆動媒体（１２）の作用により
    絞り出し、多成分の液状物質を調合して分配する分配装
    置において、各袋（６、７）をそれぞれ個別の収容部（
    １ｂ、１ｃ）に配置し、前記駆動媒体（１２）を調合装
    置により前記収容部に導入することを特徴とする分配装
    置。 ２、各調合装置は容積型ポンプとして構成した請求項１
    記載の分配装置。 ３、前記ポンプは歯車ポンプ（１４、１５）として構成
    した請求項２記載の分配装置。 ４、各成分のためのポンプ（１４、１５）を互いに連結
    した請求項２または３記載の分配装置。 ５、前記収容部（１ｂ、１ｃ）に排気弁（１０）を設け
    た請求項１乃至４のうちのいずれか一項に記載の分配装
    置。
