Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform a temp. and humidity environmental test over a long period of time with high accuracy, by using a constant concn. aqueous chloride solution tank as a humidifier and allowing temp. controlled air to flow through said tank. CONSTITUTION:The air controlled in its temp. by a cooler 4 and a heater 5 flows through a constant conc. aqueous chloride solution tank 6 to be humidified by steam having the saturation vapor pressure of chloride. That is, the air is humidified by the vapor of chloride with the concn. corresponding to set humidity. The air controlled in its temp. and humidity is sent in a test chamber 3 by a blower 7 and the air flowing out from the test chamber 3 is again controlled in its temp. and humidity by the cooler 4, the heater 5 and the constant concn. aqueous chloride solution tank 6 to recirculate through the test chamber 3. By this method, for example, the dew adhesion test of a package air conditioner can be performed under a highly accurate temp. and humidity condition over a long period of time.

This type of conventional temperature and humidity device uses a type of humidifier that vaporizes water to humidify the air.
Moreover, the humidity in the test chamber was detected by a humidity detector and the humidity was controlled by controlling the water supply chamber to the humidifier. However, little consideration was given to the accuracy of the hygrometer and daily maintenance and inspections. In addition, related to this, for example, Japanese Patent Publication No. 48-9338
The number is mentioned.

The above conventional technology does not give much consideration to the accuracy of humidity control and the maintenance and inspection of the humidifier including the humidity detector.
There were problems in that it was difficult to perform environmental tests of temperature and humidity with high accuracy, and that frequent daily maintenance and inspections were required, making it difficult to conduct long-term environmental tests under constant temperature and humidity conditions.

The above purpose is to construct a test chamber inside a box-shaped housing made of heat-insulating walls, and to install a cooler, heater, humidifier, and blower in series outside the test chamber. The air, which has been warmed and conditioned with a humidifier, is sent to the test room by a blower.
In the constant temperature and humidity device 7t configured to circulate,
A constant chloride concentration aqueous solution tank is used as the humidifier, and the constant chloride concentration aqueous solution tank is installed between a heater and a blower, and temperature-controlled air is circulated through the constant chloride concentration water bath. This can be achieved by configuring the system to control humidity.
