相対回転し、この相対回転中ピニオンギヤ2の球
面2aがデフケース1の球面1aに接してこの球
面1aを摩耗するのを防止するため、これら対向
球面1a及び2a間にはスラストワツシヤ4を介
在させる。

役目を十分果たし得ないのが実情であつた。
