Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of a cut face and the cutting speed as well and to prevent the clogging of a nozzle by coating a soap water on the cut line of the steel plate on which a zinc-rich paint is coated and performing a gas cutting on the cut line. CONSTITUTION:The exit pipe 8 supported by a fitting piece 9 is provided at the front part in the cutting direction of the nozzle 3 for cutting a frame planer and the soapy water of the inside of the liquid storage tank located on a frame is fed onto a steel plate 11 from the exit pipe 8 via a hose 10. The soapy water fed onto the steel plate 11 from the exit pipe 8 is taken as that like bubbling having the percentage of a soap and water of about 1:10 in weight percentage, and it is preferable to feed this soapy water so as to hold a water dropping state or water screen state in the amount of 3cc/min approximately per nozzle on the line of a cut line (l) and at the time when the nozzle 3 for cutting reaches this place.

By the way, in this gas cutting method, it is necessary to improve the precision of the cut surface, and for this purpose, the cutting nozzle is brought closer to the steel plate surface and the cutting speed is reduced. However, the surface of the steel plate is coated with zinc clinch paint for rust prevention, and when cutting, this paint splatters and adheres to the crater, causing clogging.
As a result, it becomes necessary to repair the clogging of the crater, and the cut surface becomes defective, which requires a great deal of time and effort to correct.

The present invention has been made in order to solve the problems of the conventional gas cutting method as described above, and its purpose is to cut the cut surface of a steel plate coated with zinc-rich paint. The aim is to improve the accuracy of cutting, increase the cutting speed, and prevent clogging of the crater.

Among the paints applied to steel plates for rust prevention, it has been confirmed that zinc clinch paint causes the problem of clogging of the crater. This paint is difficult to remove by simple methods, and the present invention enables cutting without removing the zinc clinch paint applied on the cutting line.

The meaning of soap water in the present invention is to prevent the paint from burning or vaporizing when it is exposed to high temperatures during gas cutting operations, thereby preventing paint scum from scattering and adhering to the crater. The substance that performs this function is contained in the soap water referred to in the present invention.

It is preferable to adjust the concentration of soapy water to be as constant as possible, and also to keep the amount of application constant. A suitable method for applying soapy water is drip application. It is necessary for the water to stay on the steel plate, so applying it with a spatula is too small.

8 is an outlet pipe supported by a mounting piece 9 in front of the cutting nozzle 3 in the cutting direction, as shown in FIG.
The outlet pipe 8 and the water supply pipe 6 are communicated with each other by a hose 10. Therefore, the soapy water in the liquid storage tank 5 is transferred to the hose 7,
It is configured to reach an outlet pipe 8 via a water supply pipe 6 and a hose 10, and to be supplied onto a steel plate 11 from there. The flow rate of the soapy water supplied onto the screen plate 11 from the outlet pipe 8 is adjusted by an adjustment mechanism such as a cock provided on the water supply pipe 6 or the like.

Specifically, the ratio of soap and water should be such that the ratio of soap and water is about 1 to 10 bubbles by weight, and the amount of this soap water is dripped at 3 cc/minute per tinder at the cutting line. When the cutting nozzle 3 reaches this point on the line 1, it is preferable to supply the water so as to maintain a water droplet state or a water film state. Of course, the purpose can also be achieved even if the soapy water is supplied along the cutting line β line.
