り付ける工法は工費が高くなり、また、型枠に仮り付け
ておく工法は型枠の撤去に工費が掛るばかりでなく、い
ずれの工法においても、コンクリートの固化後、タイル
張り、または、型枠撤去の作業を行なう必要があるため
、工期が長くなる欠点があった。

べた後、上面に加振機13を裾え付けた押え板12を載
せ、加振機13により押え板12を振動させると、生の
コンクリート9が、テープ8により塞がれたナツト6の
ねじ穴7内を除く型枠l内の隅々まで隙間なく行きわた
り、タイル10がその厚さの半分程コンクリート9内に
埋入されたところで加振機13を停止して押え板12を
除去し、一定時間放置してコンクリート9が固化したと
ころで型枠1を外すと、固化したコンクリート9内に鉄
筋2が埋め込まれ1表面にタイルlOが張設されている
とともに、鉄筋2に溶接された取付板4の底面が裏面に
露出してそこに形成された通孔5を通してナツト6のね
じ穴7が裏面に開口した本実施例のコンクリートパネル
