Conventionally, as a room equipped with a waterproof floor that can be constructed using the so-called dry method 1 inside a building, a unit bathroom, etc., in which walls are integrally erected from all four sides of a single waterproof pan, has been known. There is. However, in a room with a structure in which the walls are built integrally from the four circumferences of a single waterproof pan, it is only possible to construct a room with an area equivalent to one piece of waterproof pan. It was difficult to construct rooms with waterproof floors, such as kitchens. Therefore, conventionally, after applying a waterproofing agent such as asphalt on the floor of a building, finishing mortar etc. is poured on top of the waterproof layer to form a waterproof floor, and then the base frame material is attached to the building frame. At the same time, a frame made of lightweight section steel or the like is fixed to this base framework material to form the skeleton of the room, and the walls are constructed by fixing prefabricated wall structure panels to the frame with screws, etc. The so-called wet method 1 method was used to construct a room with a waterproof floor.

However, in the conventional so-called wet type 1 method, the construction work for the waterproof floor and the piping work cannot be carried out at the same time, but must be carried out alternately, which has the disadvantage that the construction period becomes long.

Next, as shown in FIG. 1, the wall configuration unit panel 8 is
The lower end and the runner members 7, 7 and the upper end and the connecting member 9 are firmly tightened and fixed by screws 26 or the like, respectively. After that, as shown in FIG. 3(D), the construction of the straight section is started from one side of the planned wall surface. The straight portion is constructed by fitting the non-flanked portion 8f at the lower end of the new wall configuration unit panel 8 following the wall configuration unit panel 8 of the corner portion B into the runner member 7, and then fitting the elastic member 8d. (See Fig. 4) is compressed to abut the connecting parts between the wall structure unit panels 8, 8 in a watertight manner, and then the non-attached portion 8 at the upper end of the wall structure unit panels 8, 8
A linear connecting member 10 having a cross-sectional shape is fitted to the wall structure unit panels 8, 8e as shown in FIG.
The connecting member 10, the runner member 7, and the newly placed wall surface forming unit panel 8 are firmly tightened using screws 26 or the like. After that, in the same manner as described above, connect new wall structure unit panels 8 one after another to form a free-standing wall body 11 where two wall surfaces intersect, and as shown in FIG. 5, runner members 7, 7... The part exposed to the indoor side is covered with a decorative board 27, and the assembly of the room 1 equipped with the waterproof floor is completed. Note that the room 1 equipped with a waterproof floor is not limited to having all four peripheral walls formed by the self-supporting walls 11;
Of course, it is also possible to form at least part of the corners of two intersectingly adjacent wall surfaces from the free-standing wall body 11 and to use the other wall surfaces as peg wall surfaces directly formed on the building.
