Conventionally, for fastening structures such as vehicles, the Utility Model No. 58-32
As shown in No. 018, through bolts, etc. are used to secure the structure, but when a thin plate structure is separated, it deforms and the center of the fastening bolt hole shifts. Aligning the center of the holes was extremely difficult and required a lot of effort and time.

Conventionally, thin plate structures have been fitted together to determine the positions of holes for fastening bolts and are fixed, but if they are separated for inspection or maintenance, the thin plates tend to deform the structure. As a result, the center of the hole for the fastening bolt is shifted,
When reassembling the structure, it was very difficult to align the centers of the fastening bolt holes, and reassembly took a long time.

An object of the present invention is to reduce the number of man-hours during reassembly without centering holes for fastening bolts during reassembly, and to omit alignment processing during manufacturing.

Since the fastening bolt is fixed by a through pin, it can rotate back and forth and also move left and right. Therefore, even if the thin plate structure is deformed and the fastening bolt tightening portion is displaced, the fastening bolt can be moved by that amount, so that it can be fixed easily.

Figures 1 and 2 show an embodiment in which the method of the present invention is applied to a vehicle, and are enlarged views of the part where the cab 1 and frame 2 of the special vehicle 9 shown in Figure 3 are fixed. consists of a fastening bolt 3 and a fixing pin 4. A fixing pin 4 passes through the lower end of the fastening bolt 3, and the fixing pin 4 is fixed through a drilled hole in the reinforcing plate 2b of the fixed portion 2a of the frame.

The cab 1 of the special vehicle 9 shown in FIG. 3 is a welded thin plate structure, and the contact surface 11 with the rear cab 10 has a gate-shaped opening, and when it is separated from the frame 2, deformation occurs in the front, rear, left, right, and waveforms. In order to inspect and prepare the engine and transmission at the bottom of the cab 1, it is necessary to separate the cab 1 from the frame 2 and remove it. The cab fixed portion 1a and the frame fixed portion 2a can be separated by loosening and rotating the fastening bolt in the D direction. Conversely, when assembling, place the cab fixing part 1a on the frame fixing part 2a,
By rotating the fastening bolt 3 in the C direction and tightening the nut 7, the cab 1 and the frame 2 can be fixed. At this time, even if the fixed portion 1a of the cab deforms back and forth or left and right and shifts its position, the frame fixed portion 2a is provided with a notch to absorb the displacement due to the deformation, and the fastening bolt 3 is Since it can rotate in the front-rear CD direction and can also move in the left-right AB force direction, the time required for fixing is the same as in the case without deformation.

As described above, according to this embodiment, the cab 1 can be easily attached and detached even if the cab is deformed, and the number of man-hours for vehicle maintenance can be reduced. Furthermore, loss of fastening bolts and nuts can be prevented.

また、同種他車両とのキャブの互換が可能ともなる。It also enables cab compatibility with other vehicles of the same type.

In the above configuration, when the cam lever 13 is rotated from direction E to direction F, the convex portion C of the cam lever 13 pushes down the cab fixing portion 1a via the washer 18. Due to the elastic action of the rubber 17 installed between the cab] and the frame 2,
The cam lever 13 rotates 180 degrees from E and reaches F.
