間の板面部に、前記側端面と平行な切断面の断面
積が前記感熱抵抗体付着部の切断面の断面積より
小である小断面部を形成したことを特徴とする吸
入空気量検出装置。 (2) 前記小断面部が前記基材の前記側端面に平
行に少くとも1つの孔が穿設された板面部である
ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項
記載の吸入空気量検出装置。 (3) 前記小断面部が前記基材の前記側端面に平
