ンサにおいて、感熱抵抗体を薄板基材の平面上に
温度によつて抵抗値が変化する感熱抵抗部が形成
されたチツプ型感熱抵抗体とし、このチツプ型感
熱抵抗体を流体の流れと平行に配設したことを特
