Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 熱盤上に金型を組付け、熱盤によつて金型を加
熱して金型キヤビテイ内の成形材料を加熱すると
共に、成形品を金型からエジエクタピンによつて
突き出して離型する離型装置において、 前記金型と熱盤との間に、金型および熱盤と全
面接触するプレートを介装し、該プレートに上記
エジエクタピンの一端が収容可能なピン穴を穿設
し、該ピン穴にエジエクタピンの一端を逃がすと
共に離型時にエジエクタピンの一端をプレートの
プレート面に押圧せしめてエジエクタピンを突き
出して成形品を離型せしめて成ることを特徴とす
る離型装置。
