型を分割した時の状態図、第６図は第７図のＢ―
Ｂ断面図、第７図及び第８図は本考案の変形例を
示す他の実施例であり、上下型を組み合わせた状
態で第６図と同様の方向から見た断面図、第９図
は同じく本考案の変形実施例で、押出しピン頂部
の平面図、第１０図は空気圧を利用した本考案の
更に他の変形実施例を示す断面概要図、第１１図
は既知のＲＩＭ成形用モールドの一般的形状を示

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 上下一対の型からなるモールドの少なくとも
一方の型面にランナー部、あるいはアフターミキ
サー部とランナー部を具えたＲＩＭ成形用モール
ドにおいて、上記型面のランナー部あるいはアフ
ターミキサー部の真下に穴を設け、該穴に底部に
押圧機構を有する押出しピンを挿入し、上下型の
型締めの際に上記押出しピンの先端部を他方の型
表面に当接可能ならしめたことを特徴とするＲＩ
Ｍ成形用モールド。 ２ 押出しピンが頂部に溝を有する実用新案登録
請求の範囲第１項記載のＲＩＭ成形用モールド。 ３ 押出しピンの押圧機構がばねである実用新案
