図において、１は電子機器シヤーシ、２はプリ
ント基板、３は電子部品、４は電源部品、５は開
口部、６は第１のカバー、７は第２のカバー、８
は熱伝導性ラバー、９はプレート、１０はフアン
、１１は冷却空気、１２は吸入口、１３は排出口
である。なお、図中同一あるいは相当部分には同
一符号を付して示してある。

する第一のカバーと、上記第一のカバーのくぼみ
内に配せられかつ上記電子部品が必要とする電源
を供給している電源部品と、上記電源部品を覆う
ように取り付けられた第二のカバーと、上記第二
のカバーの内側の面に接着され、かつ上記電源部
品と接するように配されたポリオレフイン系エラ
ストマーとＡ２Ｏ３系フイラーを主成分とする
熱伝導性ラバーとで構成されていることを特徴と
