ユアルインラインタイプの電子回路部品をプリン
ト基板に実装した状態を示す断面図である。 図において、１は冷却フイン、２はスキン、３
はスペーサ、４はプリント基板、５はフラツトパ
ツクタイプの電子回路部品、６はコネクタプラグ
、７はダクト、８はデユアルインライタイプの電
子回路部品、９はリードフレーム、１０はスルー
ホール、１１は熱伝導ラバー、１２はカバーであ
る。なお、各図中同一符号は同一または相当部分
を示す。

ホール、１１は熱伝導ラバー、１２はカバーであ

Claims (1)
- 熱伝動性を有する金属薄板材料を波状に成形し
て成る冷却フインと、片面には上記冷却フインが
接合され、かつ互いに相対する２辺の上記片面側
にはスペーサを具備する矩形平板状のカバーと、
上記カバーに対して上記スペーサを介して周辺部
で固定され、かつ一方の面には電子回路部品が実
装され、さらに上記一方の面と反対側の他方の面
にはポリオレフイン系エラストマーとＡ２Ｏ３
系フイラーを主成分とする熱伝導ラバーが接着さ
れているとともに上記熱伝導ラバーを介して上記
冷却フインと接するように配されたプリント基板
とで構成されている事を特徴とする電子回路モジ
ユール。
