し、第１図は実装構造を示す側断面図、第２図は
要部を示す斜視図、第３図Ａ，Ｂは銅箔ランドの
平面図、第３図Ｃ，Ｄは銅箔ランドを信号線路と
兼用させた場合の平面図である。第４図乃至第６
図は従来のプリント配線基板の実装構造を示した
側断面図と要部を示す斜視図、および接着剤の塗
布部を示す平面図である。 １：ベース板、２，２ａ：銅箔ランド、３：取
付けギヤツプ、４：ソルダーレジスト、５：小型
部品、５ａ：下面部、５ｂ：ランド取付け部、６
：シンボルマーク、７：接着剤、Ａ：プリント配
線基板。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) プリント配線基板に小型部品を実装するた
めの取付け部分に接着剤を塗布し、上記の小型部
品を仮固定したプリント配線基板の実装構造にお
いて、 接着剤の塗布部分を銅箔ランドで形成し、その
上面に小型部品を塔載し仮固定させたことを特徴
とするプリント配線基板の実装構造。 (2) 銅箔ランドにはソルダーレジストを施した
ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
記載のプリント配線基板の実装構造。 (3) 銅箔ランドを太く形成し、信号線路と兼用
させたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
第１項記載のプリント配線基板の実装構造。
