Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 外部からその内部に載置された部材へのろ
う付けが行われる封止室を備え、少なくともろう
付け時にガス導入口から導入された無酸化性ガス
をガス噴出口から前記封止室内に噴出させて無酸
化性雰囲気を維持する雰囲気封止装置において、
前記ガス噴出口を、前記封止室の少なくとも１つ
の側面または底面内に分布するように複数個設け
たことを特徴とする雰囲気封止装置。 (2) ガス噴出口が少なくとも対向する２面にそ
れぞれ設けられていることを特徴とする実用新案
登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載の雰囲気封止装置。
