Claims (1)
- 内部に作動流体の流路が形成されたオリフイス
外体と、該オリフイス外体の外部から前記流路内
への挿入量の変更調節が可能なように前記オリフ
イス外体に設けられたオリフイス内体と、該オリ
フイス内体を密封し周囲の雰囲気から隔離するよ
うに前記オリフイス外体に取り付けられた蓋体と
からなる可変オリフイス。
