下動制御によつてスクリーン印版を介して被印刷
物に印刷を施すスクリーン印刷機において、印刷
時においてのスキージ部の部品重量とバランスさ
せるエアー圧をエアーシリンダに予め供給するエ
アー回路を形成したことを特徴とするスクリーン
印刷機のスキージ自動印圧装置。 2 エアー回路は、エアー供給源からエアーシリ
ンダの復帰がわであるA室にエアーを供給する復
帰エアー流路に第1のソレノイドを配し、この復
帰エアー流路と並列にして、エアー供給源からA
室へエアーを供給する作動バランスエアー流路に
第1の減圧弁と第2のソレノイドとを、またエア
ー供給源からエアーシリンダの作動がわであるB
室へエアーを供給する作動エアー流路に第2の減
圧弁と第3のソレノイドとを夫々配し、非印刷時
では第1のソレノイドを開放し、第2のソレノイ
ドを閉鎖し、第3のソレノイドを大気に開放させ
てスキージ部を下降させるものとし、印刷時では
第1のソレノイドを閉鎖し、第2のソレノイド、
第3のソレノイドを開放し、第2の減圧弁の減圧
、第1の減圧弁のエアー圧制御にてスキージ部の
部品重量とバランスさせ、B室へのエアー圧の供
給によりスキージ部を下降させるようにしてある
