アシリンダの往動作動室へ加圧エアを供給するエ
ア供給路を設け、 上記エア供給路に、第1設定圧とこれよりも低
い第2設定圧とに設定圧を択一的に切換可能であ
つてソレノイドにより設定圧設定用パイロツトエ
アを切換えるようにした2圧切換式レギユレータ
バルブを介装し、 上記レギユレータバルブのパイロツト部に第1
パイロツトエア用レギユレータバルブで圧力設定
された第1設定圧設定用パイロツトエアを供給す
る第1パイロツトエア通路と、第2パイロツトエ
ア用レギユレータバルブで圧力設定された第2設
定圧設定用パイロツトエアを供給する第2パイロ
ツトエア通路とを接続し、 上記エアシリンダの復動作動室を大気へ開放し
