Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent generation of pressure under shoot when the pressure set is switched from high to low by means of a pilot relief valve by permitting pressure control, keeping a reducing main valve closed, in a pressure controlling apparatus suitable for injection molding machine etc.
CONSTITUTION: An injection machine is equipped with the injection cylinder 2 which feeds the hydraulic pressure from a pressure source 1 through a reducing main valve 4 and a variale throttle 5. The spring chamber 4a of the reducing main valve 4 and the exit port of the variable throttle 5 are connected through the pilot line 7 equipped with a vent throttle 6, and high and low pressure setting pilot relief valves 11 and 15 are connected to the spring chamber 4a. A magnetic change-over valve 16 is insterposed between the valve 15 and a tank 10. The intake and the exit ports A and B of the reducing main valve 4 are connected through the line 22 equipped with a flow-rate control valve 21 provided with pressure compensation in the intermediate area, and a tank 27 is connected to through the bypass line 26 having a surge pressure absorbing valve 25 interposed the line 3 between the variable throttle 5 and the injection cylinder 2.
