It is already known to have a so-called pocket for storing coins, small items, etc. on the outside or inside of the cloth, which is made by sewing or pasting a ground sole made of rubber or synthetic resin onto the cloth. Among these, those with pockets attached to the outside often come into contact with other objects or rub against them while being worn, and if you put too many things in them, it may spoil the appearance, but they are easier to put things in and take out. It has the advantage of being suitable for storing things that are used temporarily, such as pencils.

On the other hand, conventional underwear with pockets attached on the inside do not have the problem of coming into contact with other objects while being worn, but they do have the following problems. In other words, in the conventional method, as shown in Figure 1, the pocket is formed by overlapping the pocket fabric on the thumb side lining fabric and sewing the three peripheries, so the pocket does not come into direct contact with the shin. Not only does the contents give a feeling of pressure to the feet and damage the skin, but in order to take the contents in and out, remove the kohaze and separate the gusset of the cloth from the feet.
The opening of the back pocket is exposed only after the thumb side cloth is pulled away from the foot, which is inconvenient for putting in and taking out coins and other contents. It was necessary to fold the circumference of the piece inward, iron it, overlap it with the lining fabric, and sew everything except the opening, which was a serious disadvantage in that it required a considerable amount of time and effort to manufacture.

The present invention utilizes the gusset to form the storage section of the pocket, similar to the previous proposal by the present applicant, and also provides openings on the front, back, and inner surfaces so that the pocket can be used from both sides, and can store a relatively large amount of contents. The object of the present invention is to provide a new underground cabinet with pockets that does not give a feeling of pressure to the feet because the pockets do not come into direct contact with the feet even when items are put therein, and in which the formation of the pockets is extremely easy. be. That is, the present invention combines the front and lining fabrics with a sub-fabric of the same width in the gusset part of an underground garment made up of a front and lining fabric, and sews them together at least at a portion of the front and lining fabrics corresponding to the bottom edge of the pocket. Then, one side edge of these front and lining cloths and the sub-cloth is sewn together at the slit attachment edge, and the other side edge is sewn at the gusset sewn edge of the main body of the sash cloth to form a storage section. This invention relates to a pocket-equipped basement which is characterized in that openings are provided on the front and back surfaces of the section, and by adopting such a configuration, the above object is achieved.

In general underground fabric, the outer fabric for the gusset part and the lining fabric, which is narrower in width than the seam allowance, are stacked face-to-face, and sews are lined up at regular intervals along one edge of the gusset, and the outer fabric is sewn. Turn it inside out so as to cover the seam allowance, and sewn the upper and lower edges to form a gusset part, and insert the constructed gusset part into the side edge of the main body of the cloth, which is stacked face-up. The cloth is sewn and the cloth itself is turned inside out to form a cloth. The present invention focuses on this gusset part and attempts to form a pocket by using this gusset part.A sub-fabric is combined with the outer fabric and lining fabric of this part, and the part corresponding to the bottom edge of the pocket is sewn. Use the one you made. Then, construct the gusset part using the front and lining fabrics and the sub-fabric in almost the same procedure as for ordinary underground fabrics, attach the kohaze to one side edge, and then sew the other side edge to the main body of the gusset cloth, thus forming the gusset. The device is characterized in that a storage section constituting a pocket is formed in the storage section, and openings are provided on the front and back surfaces of the storage section. Therefore, in the pocket according to the present invention, the bottom edge is formed by sewing the front and lining fabrics, and one side edge is sewn at the top attachment edge, and the other side edge is formed by sewing the front and lining fabrics together. Because it is sewn at the gusset seam edges, at least the edges on both sides can be used for sewing in general underground sewing, and there is no need to go to the trouble of sewing to attach pockets, and the finished product is in very good condition. This can greatly reduce the amount of work involved, and,
Since there are openings on the front and back sides, it can be used from both the front and back.

In addition, in the present invention, a sub-fabric having the same width as the front and lining fabrics constituting the gusset part and having a length extending at least to the bottom of the opening edge of the pocket is used in conjunction with the front and lining fabrics that constitute the gusset. The pocket opening portion can be made up of three layers, thus creating a pocket that has a storage section that allows items to be taken in and out from the front and back, with the fabric located in the center as a boundary. In particular, pockets constructed using a sub-fabric that is long enough to reach the bottom edge of the pocket have two pockets located on the front and back sides of the gusset, each with an opening, so it can be used for both the front and back pockets. You can use them accordingly.

In the above-mentioned pocket, the opening is provided in the upper part of the outer fabric, lining fabric, or secondary fabric that constitutes the storage part, and the edge of this opening is left cut or the cut part is folded and sewn. However, depending on the case, some of the cloth forming the opening may be overlapped one above the other to form a double structure. With this double structure, when the opening is opened, the other fabric will not be visible and the appearance will not be spoiled. When the opening has a double structure in this way, a cloth-like fastener can be attached to the inner part.

When the gusset part is made up of a front fabric and a lining fabric, these fabrics are made to have almost the same length as the gusset part, but when a sub-fabric is used that has a length that extends to the area corresponding to the bottom edge of the pocket, various lengths can be used. combinations are possible. The length of the sub-cloth may be almost the same as the length of the gusset, but it is generally sufficient that the sub-cloth has a length that extends to a position corresponding to the bottom edge of the pocket. Of course, if the sub-cloth is made of the same fabric as the outer fabric or the lining fabric, various combinations are possible without being limited to the outer fabric and the lining fabric.

Figure 2 shows an example in which the gusset is constructed by combining a front fabric, a lining fabric, and a sub-cloth that extends below the edge of the pocket opening, where 1 is the outer fabric, 2 is the lining fabric,
10 is a sub-cloth located between the two, and the outer fabric and the lining fabric are sewn 3 at a portion corresponding to the bottom edge of the pocket. In this state, fold the outer fabric 1 of the gusset part slightly to the lining fabric 2 side,
During this time, these are sewn 6 with a comb 5 interposed therebetween. The other side edge is aligned on the front and back sides and sewn 7 with the sewn edge of the gusset part of the main body 4 of the gusset according to a conventional method, and top and bottom binding stitches 8 and 9 are applied to form a basement cover with a gusset part. The present invention is characterized in that an opening B is formed in each of the outer fabric 1 and the lining fabric 2 of the storage section A of the gusset section of the underground door made in this way, and a pocket with the opening B is formed on the front and back sides. It is said that In this example, the sub-cloth 10 has front and back openings B and B located in the middle.
Since it is partitioned by , even one storage section A can be used from the front and back.

In the embodiment shown in FIG. 2, the outer fabric 1 and the lining fabric 2 substantially form the storage area A of the pocket, but in the embodiment shown in FIG. It forms a pocket with A. That is, figure A
A sub-fabric 10 having a length up to the bottom edge of the pocket is interposed between the outer fabric 1 and the lining fabric 2, and is sewn together in the same manner as shown in Fig. 2 to form two independent pockets that can be used separately for the front and back sides. It was established. Also, Figure B shows an example in which the sub-fabric 10 is sewn to the outside of the outer fabric 1, and can be formed in the same manner as described above. In this case, the sub-cloth 10 may be sewn to the inside of the backing cloth 2. Furthermore, C in the same figure has the same configuration as A, and the opening B has a double configuration with upper and lower cloth, so that the opening B does not open unnecessarily and the storage section does not protrude unnecessarily. Of course, this double structure may be provided on only one side, although a pocket with a very good appearance can be obtained. Further, when the opening B has a double structure like this, it is preferable to attach a cloth-like fastener here.

As can be understood from the above description, the underground bag according to the present invention utilizes the inner and outer surfaces of the gusset part to attach a pocket here, and uses both the front and lining fabrics and the sub-fabric in the gusset part. These are sewn at the bottom edge of the pocket, and the edges on both sides are sewn together to serve as the sewn edges of the kohaze and the sewn part of the main body of the cloth, which streamlines the sewing work, especially on both sides. This greatly reduces the work involved, and the shape of the pocket is neat and well-finished.In particular, this pocket has an opening on the front and back, so it can be used from both the front and back, and the contents can be easily accessed. It is possible to use them separately, and since this pocket is located on the outside of the inner fabric to which the hanging thread is sewn, it does not come into direct contact with the feet, so it has the remarkable effect of not causing pressure damage to the feet. have.
