It is already known to have a so-called pocket for storing coins, small items, etc. on the outside or inside of the cloth, which is made by sewing or pasting a ground sole made of rubber or synthetic resin onto the cloth. Among these, those with pockets attached to the outside are not very common because they often come into contact with other objects or rub against them while being worn, and they also spoil the appearance.

On the other hand, those with pockets attached on the inside do not have these defects, but they do have the following problems. That is, in the conventional case, as shown in Fig. 1, the pocket cloth piece R is superimposed on the thumb side lining cloth A, and the third
Because the pockets are sewn together around the edges, the pockets come into direct contact with the shins, causing the contents to not only put pressure on the feet and damage the skin, but also cause damage to the skin.
In order to take out and take out the contents, the opening of the pocket in the lining fabric is exposed only after removing the cover, separating the gusset of the lining from the foot, and pulling the thumb side gusset away from the foot. It is inconvenient to put the contents in and out, and when making the pocket, the pocket fabric is folded inward and ironed, and then folded over the pocket fabric lining and closed except for the opening. Everything had to be sewn, which had a serious disadvantage in that it required a considerable amount of time and effort to manufacture.

For this reason, the present applicant has formed a pocket part on the inside of the gusset by using the gusset part of the underground belt, and has sewn both sides of the pocket part at the attachment edge of the gusset part and the bottom attachment edge, thereby significantly reducing the suture work. to facilitate production,
We have already proposed an underground cabinet with pockets that also has an excellent appearance (Patent No. 1046831). However, in this case, the pocket is made up of two inner and outer lining fabrics, and the outer fabric makes the pocket a three-layer structure, which slightly affects the fit and flexibility of the pocket. The problem remained that the cost of fabric increased considerably.

The present invention aims to improve the problems of the above-mentioned conventional pocket-equipped underground cabinet and the above-mentioned pocket-equipped underground cabinet proposed by the present applicant. That is, the present invention divides the lining fabric in the gusset part of the basement, which is composed of the outer fabric and the lining fabric, into upper and lower halves, and the lower edge of the upper lining fabric and the upper edge of the lower lining fabric. A pocket is characterized in that an opening is formed by the upper and lower lining fabrics, and one side edge of the upper and lower lining fabrics is sewn with the sewn edge of the gusset part, and the other side edge is sewn with the edge of the gusset. The above purpose will be achieved by configuring the structure as described above.

In general underground fabric, the outer fabric at the gusset and the inner fabric, which is narrower in width than the seam allowance, are stacked face-to-face, and on one side edge of the gusset area, the kohaze is lined up at regular intervals and sewn, and the outer fabric is sewn. Turn it inside out so as to cover the seam allowance, sewn the top and bottom edges to form a gusset part, and insert this sewn gusset part into the side edge of the main body of the cloth which is overlapped with the front facing side. The cloth is sewn together and the cloth itself is turned inside out to form the cloth. The present invention focuses on this gusset part and attempts to form a pocket by using this gusset part. The lining fabric that makes up the gusset part is divided into upper and lower parts, and the lower edge of the upper lining fabric and the lower edge of the lower lining fabric are separated. The opening is formed so that the upper edge substantially touches the upper edge, or the opening is formed so that the upper edge of the lower lining fabric overlaps the lower edge of the upper lining fabric. Then, the gusset part is constructed using the same procedure as conventional underground fabrics by dividing the lining fabric into two and the other outer fabric, and is further sewn to the main body of the gusset, thus creating a pocket inside the gusset part. That is. Therefore, in the pocket of the present invention, an opening is provided in the lining fabric, and a storage portion is formed between the outer fabric and the lining fabric. The opening of this pocket is formed so that the lower edge of the upper lining cloth and the upper edge of the lower lining cloth substantially touch each other as described above, but the edges may be left cut or may be folded back and sewn together. Also, the opening may be made so that the upper edge of the lower lining fabric overlaps the lower edge of the upper lining fabric, but if this is done, the facing outer fabric will not be visible even when this area is opened, which will spoil the appearance. Moreover, there is no problem in getting things in and out. Note that one side edge of this pocket is sewn with the sewn edge of the gusset part, and the other side edge is sewn with the bottom edge of the gusset, but the outer fabric and lining fabric are sewn at the lower edge. Since it is sewn with a binding seam, the lower binding seam can be used as the bottom edge of the pocket even if it is left as is.
When the opening of the pocket is set upward, the distance to the binding stitch is long and the depth of the pocket is too deep. Therefore, it is possible to sew at a considerable position below the opening and use that suture line as the bottom of the pocket. . When forming a pocket in this way, the side edges can also be used to sew the gusset sewn edges and the edge attachment edges, and there is no need to go to the trouble of sewing to attach the pocket, resulting in a very good finished product. It's good and the manufacturing effort can be significantly reduced. In particular, in the present invention,
Since the pocket is made of two pieces of fabric, the lining fabric and the outer fabric, the gusset part does not become rigid, and there is less bulk when storing coins, etc. in the pocket, and the fabric cost for making the pocket is reduced. You can also save money.

The opening of the pocket is generally provided slightly below the upper edge of the gusset, but it may also be located below this, and the opening may be slanted or only partially opened. good.

That is, in FIGS. 2A and B, 1 is the lining fabric of the gusset part, 2 is the outer fabric, and among these, lining fabric 1
consists of an upper lining cloth 1B and a lower lining cloth 1A, and an opening B is formed such that the lower edge of the former 1B and the upper edge of the latter 1A touch. Then, in this state, fold the edge 2C of the outer cloth 2 slightly toward the Kohaze 5 side,
The gussets 5 are interposed and sewn at equal intervals, the upper and lower edges of the gusset are sewn 6 and 7 to form a gusset, and this is further sewn to the main body 4 of the gusset according to a conventional method. In this way, a pocket A is obtained which is made up of the lining fabric 1 and the outer fabric 2 and has an opening B in the lining fabric 1. In addition, 3 in the figure
indicates the stitching at a position corresponding to the bottom of the pocket. 3A and 3B also show other embodiments of the present invention, and are not essentially different from the above-mentioned FIGS. The only difference is that the upper edges of the lower lining cloth 1A are overlapped to form an opening B. At this time, if a cloth-like fastener (not shown) is attached to the inside of the overlapping part of the opening B of the lining fabric 1, the opening B can be closed reliably and without feeling pressure on the foot. In this case, even if the opening B is opened, the outer fabric 2 will not be visible.

As can be understood from the above explanation, the pocket-equipped underground bag of the present invention utilizes the gusset to attach the pocket, and the pocket storage area is located between the outer fabric and the lining fabric. Therefore, the appearance is good and the flexibility of this part is not compromised.
Moreover, it has excellent effects such as being less bulky when storing coins and the like inside, reducing the feeling of pressure on the feet, and preventing damage.
