Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 駆動モータにより動作対象を往復動させるよう
にしたアクチユエータにおいて、 駆動モータにより正逆回転される歯車を有する
回転カム部材をハウジングに枢支し、該回転カム
部材を、前記歯車の両側面から軸方向に頂面の高
さが変わる螺旋壁をそれぞれ立設して構成し、 前記両螺旋壁の頂面が最も高くなつている側の
端部の回転方向の端面間を円周方向で間隙を有す
るように配設し、 出力部材を前記回転カム部材の軸方向に移動可
能にハウジングに支持し、前記両螺旋壁を間に位
置させ頂面に摺接する係合突起部を該出力部材に
設けるとともに、該係合突起を螺旋壁の回転方向
の端面間の間隙内で前記軸方向に遊動可能な巾に
設定したことを特徴とするアクチユエータ。
