[Prior Art] This type of movable partition device has a rail having a continuous downward opening in the bottom wall fixed to the ceiling, and a plurality of running bodies arranged to be movable within this rail. At the same time, a suspension rod is rotatably attached to the intermediate portion of each of these traveling bodies, and the lower ends of the suspension rods penetrate the downward opening and hang below the rail. The movable wall can be moved along the rail by the pair of suspension rods.

In such a movable partition device, the movable wall is generally not only slid like a sliding door, but also movable in various ways to store it in a storage position. Therefore, it is often the case that the rails are provided with branching portions so that the traveling bodies supporting the movable wall can be guided to different routes as necessary.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, although various types of guides have been developed in the past in which a traveling body is equipped with a simple guide that provides guidance for curves, it is difficult to provide a wide variety of travel routes for each traveling body. There is no one that has a function that allows automatic selection as appropriate.

Therefore, in conventional devices, each time each traveling body of each moving wall reaches a rail branching part, the person moving the moving wall applies a force in the thickness direction to the end of the wall, and It is necessary to assist the traveling body and suspension rod to follow the desired route. Therefore, it is difficult to move the movable wall, and the movable wall is likely to be unable to be guided to a predetermined storage position due to an operational error.

One possible solution to this problem is to provide a so-called point mechanism at each branching point, and to select a route for each traveling body by switching the point mechanism. However, since this type of ceiling rail is buried in the ceiling of a building and is typically used for long periods of time without inspection, incorporating movable elements into the branching section will reduce reliability. I don't like it. Furthermore, when a failure occurs, there is a problem in that repair is extremely difficult.

That is, the movable partition device according to the present invention includes a rail that is sequentially branched in the direction of a plurality of storage positions, is fixed to the ceiling, and has a continuous downward opening in the bottom wall, and a rail that is disposed within the rail. a plurality of running bodies that are installed and can run with their intermediate portions facing the downward opening; and a rail that is rotatably attached to the intermediate portion of each of these running bodies and whose lower end side passes through the downward opening. a suspension rod hanging downward; a movable wall suspended and supported by the pair of suspension rods; and a movable wall protruding from a portion of each traveling body deviated from the suspension rod; and a selection guide surface that is provided at least at each branch part of the rail and selectively engages with the guide member to select a traveling route of each traveling body in the branch part. In the movable partition device, the hanging length of the selection guide surface of each of the branch portions is set to increase sequentially from the use position to the storage position, and the guide member provided on each of the traveling bodies is set to the selection guide surface of each of the branch parts. It is characterized by being configured so that each movable wall can be guided to a predetermined storage position by selectively guiding it with a guide surface.

[Function] With this configuration, when moving the movable wall from the use position to the storage position, each traveling body moves to the selection guide surface that engages first among the selection guide surfaces provided at each branch part. You will be guided along that branching route. However, since the selection guide surface is set so that its hanging length increases sequentially from the use position to the storage position, a traveling body having a guide member with a low protruding height can easily handle a large number of selection guides. It will pass under the surface and be guided to the selection guide surface of the deeper branch part.

Next, the operation of this embodiment will be explained. FIG. 1 shows a state in which the movable walls 61 to 65 are pulled out to the straight rail 7 portion where they are used, and a room is partitioned. From this state, when the first movable wall 65 is advanced along the rail 2 in the longitudinal direction, the traveling body 45 is moved to either of the selection guide surfaces 21
1 to 214, passes through all the branch parts 81 to 84, and is carried as it is to the straight rail 95. Next, when the second movable wall 64 is similarly advanced along the rail 2 in the longitudinal direction, the guide roller 264 of the traveling body 44
is a selection guide surface 211 that hangs down from each branch portion 81 to 83.
213, engages with the selection guide surface 212 hanging down from the branch portion 84, and is carried to the straight rail 94 following the branching route toward the storage position. Thereafter, in the same manner, the traveling body 43.42 of the movable wall 63.62 reaches the branch portion 83.82 having the same subscript and engages the selection guide surface 213.212 hanging down at that position, and each branch traveling route is Follow the corresponding straight rail 93.9
Transported to □. Then, only the traveling body 41 of the movable wall 61 engages with the selection guide surface 211 hanging down to the first branch portion 81, and is carried to the straight rail 91 following the branch progress route.

Note that the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments, and various configurations are possible depending on the purpose and use. For example, if it is desired to accommodate a plurality of movable walls on one straight rail, guide rollers that govern the travel routes of the movable walls may be set at the same height position. Furthermore, in the above embodiment, each movable wall has a property that even if it is placed under a relatively different arrangement relationship at the use position, if it is stored, each movable wall will eventually be stored on a straight rail having the same subscript. Therefore, by utilizing this property, a wide variety of other setting modes are possible depending on the purpose and use.

That is, the height of each guide member protruding from the moving body of the moving wall is set individually, and a selection guide surface that selectively engages with the guide member is set at the branching part of the rail, and the hanging length of this selection guide surface is set. Since the height of each traveling body is set to increase from the use position to the storage position, the shorter the guide member is, the more the traveling body can pass under a large number of selection guide surfaces 12-. You will be guided by the selection guide surface in the recessed branch. In this way, the branching route of each traveling body is specified by the set value of the protrusion height of the guide member, and no matter where the movable wall is placed in the usage position,
The movable wall can be automatically and repeatedly guided to a predetermined storage position. Therefore, there is no need to provide any movable parts such as a point mechanism, improving reliability, easy operation, and greatly simplifying the storage procedure. It is something that can be done. Moreover, since the hanging lengths of the selection guide surfaces provided at each branch portion are sequentially varied, the protrusion height of the guide member of each traveling body can be set simply and clearly.
