BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
In the present invention, the interior of a room can be used as a screen or an exhibition panel by connecting a plurality of panels that move along guide rails whose upper parts are installed on the ceiling, with their side end surfaces joined together. The present invention relates to a moving panel articulated partition device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a conventional moving panel articulated partition device that partitions the interior of a room, the upper part of the panel is guided and supported by a guide rail installed on the ceiling, and the lower part of the panel moves while being suspended from the floor surface through a slight gap. Was known. In order to support the weight of the panel, the guide rail is constructed as a solid rail having high bending rigidity using a beam or the like inside the ceiling. When partitioning the room, the panels were sequentially moved along the guide rails, the required number of panel side end faces were connected, and the lower part of the panel was fixed to the floor using a drop member or the like, and the partition device was erected. .
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, since the above-mentioned conventional movable panel articulated partition device must construct the guide rails firmly, not only the location of the guide rails is limited, but also the installation work becomes large, so that it can be attached to an existing building. Cost was high.
[0004]
The present invention has been made paying attention to such problems, and the guide rail can be installed at an arbitrary location on the ceiling, and the lower part of the panel is securely fixed to the floor surface after the panels are connected. An object of the present invention is to provide a movable panel articulated partition device.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the movable panel articulated partition device according to the present invention is such that the upper part is guided by a guide rail installed on the ceiling and the lower part is supported by casters that can run on the floor surface. Is a moving panel articulated partition device that partitions the interior of the room by joining a plurality of joints to each other, the cross-section of the side end faces of the panel is a shape in which the central portion partly protrudes, each panel, And a drop member comprising an insertion rod formed on the floor surface that can be inserted into the receiving surface and an operation pin that can be manually operated integrally with the insertion rod, and the operation pin is connected to the side end surface of one of the panels that are joined together. protruding from the central portion, the operation pin is insertable insertion opening is provided on a side end surface of the other panel, said insert rod is eccentric to the panel width direction with respect to the operation pin It is characterized.
According to this feature, the weight of the panel can be supported by the casters, so the guide rail only needs to be strong enough to guide the panel, so it can be installed regardless of the position of the beam on the ceiling. The movement below the panel by the casters after the connection is fixed to the floor surface by the dropping member. In addition, since the operation pin of the dropping member is inserted into the side end surface of the adjacent panel to which it is connected, the movement of the panels relative to the floor surface is reliably prevented. Also, by projecting a part of the side end face, it is possible to enhance the mutual adhesion between the panels and to prevent the operation pin of the dropping member from being seen from the outside, and the insertion rod is moved outward with respect to the panel width direction. Therefore, the insertion rod can be inserted into the receiving surface formed on the floor surface in a state where it can be easily seen.
[0008]
In the movable panel articulated partition device of the present invention, it is preferable that the insertion port is formed as a long hole so that it can be received at any operation position of the operation pin.
In this way, even if you forget to operate the drop member, or even if the insertion rod can be used and inserted only halfway, the operation pin can be received in the insertion slot, and the panel side end surface can be moved with the operation pin when joining the panels. There is no such thing as hurting.
[0009]
The movable panel articulated partition device according to the present invention includes a plurality of panels whose upper end is guided by a guide rail installed on the ceiling and whose lower part is supported by a caster that can run on the floor surface. A movable panel articulated partition device for partitioning a room by connecting them, wherein each panel is inserted into a receiving surface formed on a floor surface, and an operation pin that can be manually operated integrally with the insertion rod The cross section of the both side end faces of the panel has a shape in which the central portion protrudes partially, and the operation pin protrudes from the side end portion other than the central portion to the protruding height of the central portion at the longest. It is characterized by being.
In addition, by projecting a part of the side end surface, the adhesion between the panels is enhanced, and even after the panels are connected, the operation pin of the member dropped from the outside can be operated through the space formed by joining the central portions. .

According to the present invention, the following effects can be obtained.
[0043]
(A) According to the invention described in claim 1, since the weight of the panel can be supported by the caster, the guide rail only needs to have a strength sufficient to guide the panel. It can be installed regardless of the position of the beam or the like, and the movement below the panel by the casters after the connection is fixed to the floor surface by the dropping member.

( B ) According to the invention described in
[0047]
( C ) According to the invention described in
