Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 試料を保持したターゲツトをイオン化室に形成
    した試料導入穴を通してこのイオン化室内に導入
    し、該導入された試料に一次粒子ビームを照射し
    てイオン化するイオン源において、前記試料導入
    穴の内壁に接触することにより試料がこの試料導
    入穴に付着するのを防止する突出部を前記ターゲ
    ツトの先端部に設けたことを特徴とする試料保持
    装置。
