Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 入力電流と出力圧に応じた電圧を差動増幅し、
    その電圧を圧電素子アクチユエータに印加して、
    フラツパとノズルの空隙を変化させ、入力電流に
    応じた出力空気圧を導出する電・空変換器におい
    て、 前記圧電素子アクチユエータは、同一材質でか
    つ同一厚みの積層形圧電素子を２個備え、これら
    ２個の積層形圧電素子を並設し、一方の積層形圧
    電素子の積層方向の一端部にノズルを設けるとと
    もに、他方の積層形圧電素子の積層方向の一端部
    に、前記ノズルに変位部が対面するフラツパの一
    端を固設し、かつ前記２個の積層形圧電素子は、
    印加電圧に対し伸縮が逆となるように接続し、前
    記差動電圧を印加するようにした電・空変換器。
