    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 電気信号を受けて変位するバイモルフ型圧電素
    子をフラツパとするノズルフラツパ機構を備え、
    前記バイモルフ型圧電素子は、その固定端部とノ
    ズルに対向する可動端部との間の距離が比較的接
    近するように、全体が非直線形状を呈するごとく
    形成されていることを特徴とする電気―圧力変換
    機構。
