Claims (1)
- 炉体の内側にセラミツクフアイバ、カーボンフ
アイバ等の耐熱繊維を成形してなる断熱材を取り
付けてなり、前記炉体内部を真空にして熱処理す
るようにした真空熱処理装置において、前記断熱
材の内表面を耐熱性を有する被覆板で覆うととも
に、前記断熱材の内部から排気を行う排気装置を
設けてなることを特徴とする真空熱処理装置。
