  1. 真空炉の加熱室内へ雰囲気ガスを下部から入れる加熱室
    において、加熱室内ガスを加熱室の上部から排気するガ
    ス排気管を備え、かつ、その加熱室内には、上部と下部
    のそれぞれに設けられたガス分散カバーを備えているこ
    とを特徴とする、加熱室内排気装置。
