Claims (1)
- 炉体の内部に通気性を有する断熱材によつて加
熱室を形成し、その加熱室の内部において被処理
物を加熱して焼結させるように構成した焼結炉に
おいて、前記加熱室の少なくとも内面を、被処理
物より発生する不純物のガスが前記断熱材の内部
に侵入することを阻止する遮蔽板によつて覆つて
なることを特徴とする焼結炉。
